Room was musty and damp. Smelled. I don't think the fan in the shower was working. Hard to manage room temperature

I’ll never stay there again

Beds and pillows were awful- hard and lumpy- terrible. Keys had to be reset multiple times each day. Breakfast food was bad. Does anyone like hard as rock biscuits or watery scrambled eggs. Staff couldn’t provide basic directions to area attractions. No evening food or beverage service available. Elevator was very slow and seemed to always go to 4 before it wound go to lower floors

I got there a day early and you wanted to charge more for one night than I had paid for the original three night stay per day that I had booked thru “Booking.com. So I went next door and stayed the first night at the Hilton for the same price.

Our stay was excellent.

The rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. My daughter left an ear bud behind in our room, and after check out they called to let us know they found it.

Big room, nice staff. Great breakfast included. Never used the pool, but it looked nice Needed a shower chair and they brought one up for us. We are both handicapped so that was great. Price was good. My niece stayed at the hotel next door and had to pay for wifi and breakfast.

I came up to visit my family and I felt as if I had all the amenities of home.

Staff was great. The hotel was very clean.

Our TV didn't work nor did the phone to call front desk. The neighbors had three small children who screamed all night. After being on the road for over 10 hours and had been awake over 24 hours we didn't get much sleep.

Would recommend due to cleanliness but give them a heads up that pricing is a little bit higher.

It was nice and clean. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room as I was visiting relatives in the area. The cookies were a nice touch.
