The price matches the quality. Rome’s are clean and there is enough space, The staff is helpful and nice. Tea, coffee and water are always available

The location. It is quite far from the downtown

The property was close enough to downtown. Breakfast was nice.

Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, the room smelled like a smoky bar. I had to wash all my clothes when I returned.

While older, the hotel stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with combination of hot items and cold items. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. For the cost, it was a very nice stay.

The lighting in the hallway could use more or brighter lights.

We like the pool, the location, overall cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff.

There was kind of an odd citrus/minty smell in our room that made it seem like maybe it was a smoking room previously and they attempted to mitigate that. Not a dealbreaker as we got used to it after being in the room a while.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The only fruit offered was apples, only oj & apple, no cranberry. No yogurt. It was enough to keep you from starving but the lack of variety and blandness made it easy to skip altogether.

More thought should be given to breakfast. It is the first meal of the day and it was treated like an afterthought! The tables are bare, clean, but a small silk flower arrangement would make it more inviting, The whole eating set-up is not welcoming in the least.:(

Power cut happened. Then I was getting deep browinish water following that. The front desk guy was saying that it is actually IRON and not mud, as though I should be happy about it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. He asked me to keep the wash basin and bath tub taps on and let the water run. But, I cant do this for a long time cause it fills up. So, I had ot be awake most of the night to let the water run cause the next day was my daughter's graduation. Everyone had to take shower and we could not have done it in that water. I may have slept for may b 2 hours and that too with the tap open. Eventually the water did clear. BUT, THIS CANNOT HAPPEN. QUALITY INN SHOULD REFUND ME 100% FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. Obviously, something was missed and that is why this happened. FOr that, why should I have to pay the price? REFUND PLEASE

Heated indoor pool and hot tub.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom. I checked in kind of late and the desk clerk said my room was on the second floor. She saw my cane and after a few moments she found a flully equipped handicap room on the first floor for me. I was most appreciative. The breakfast was quite adequate.

It was not as close to the folk I was visiting, but the rate was worth the extra distance.

The breakfast was good. The usual hotel breakfast, cereals, yogurts,bagels & make your own waffles.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The heat/AC was great. Rarely find window units that easily controlled.

The accessible bathtub was too high. Stabilizing bars were only in the tub and not in the surrounding area. The plastic cutlery at breakfast were extremely flimsy and useless. Nothing to drink other than coffee and orange juice; had to bring my own water. No eggs. A hard boiled egg would have been great. A bit loud; I didn't expect the truck traffic that went by occasionally over night.

Breakfest was adequate and good

Bedroom had 2 of 4 lights in room inop. restricted vision at night with limited lighting.

Loved the hot tub and pool! Very clean!

The beds are horrible in my opinion Not comfortable at all

We’ve stayed here before, and since our last visit, there were some nice updates! New carpet and wall finishes, seemed like different bed sheets and covers, new room furniture as well. Great hot breakfast selection. Oh and the pool is fantastic!

While some upgrades happened, some things were still a little outdated; bathroom door was difficult to close and bathroom was super tiny. Nothing major. Soundproofing left a bit to be desired as I could hear neighbor showering and coughing in the morning through our wall.

That the hot tub and pool were open . And that the room was cleaned

I got a non smoking room . They gave me smoking room I requested online when making the reservation a room with a bath they gave me a room with a shower. I would not of cared if I wouldn’t have had my one year old son .

Nice bed, nice TV, simple temperature control, good cleanliness, and the staff was helpful.

No circulation fan in the bathroom, and my aux light was not working

Walk in shower, made it great for impaired sister. Breakfast was very nice. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff very friendly.

Our room was at the far end of the hall. Would of like more tea and coffee in room. More towels in the bathroom.

Fitness center needed a little repair, but it was functional

No wifi available, no elevator- bags had to be carried upstairs, staff was not friendly or helpful. They didn’t get updated information with my booking change of dates so I had to pay another $200 on the spot to book a new room
