The facility is great and food was great so yes will be back.

The breakfast was wonderful the best part of our stay .

There was no extra blankets in the room for the foldout couch and not enough towels for 4 people to shower and no extra toilet paper had to keep going to front desk to get everything that should have been in our room already .

The rooms are huge, not only the room itself but the bathrooms as well, plenty of room to move freely. It was as clean as any place I have ever stayed; housekeeping does a fabulous job. The price was great, and the location puts you around a lot of amenities, but you would never know it by how quiet it is. Breakfast was included and the number of selections was incredible. We have stayed here once before, almost a year ago, while visiting family in the area which is what brought us back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a great place to stay.

New rooms have it all!

Everything! I feel like these new Holiday Inn Express rooms are decades of listening to customers needs and finally designing rooms with modern guests in mind. I was traveling for work with my husband and the entire hotel made me wish every mid-range hotel was exactly like this one. The King Suite with sofa bed was perfect: Comfortable bed and so many outlets! The fridge/coffee station having a dedicated area separate from the bedroom. I was pumping for an infant at home and having a reliable fridge took away so much stress. I love the bench area for luggage (that is such a simple addition that is SO helpful). LIQUID HAND SOAP in the bathroom (finally)! A shelf next to the full length mirror and shelving in the shower! This particular location had the large patio and spacious lobby too.

Pillow labeled "firm" was most definitely not! No beer or wine served in the mini-market.

I was pleasantly surprised!

Extremely clean! My daughter said it smelled like Nana’s which means it would have passed her approval. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious. Would stay again without hesitation.

I loved that HI accommodated all my requests which made a difference in my comfort level. Barbie, Nicole and the manager went above and beyond to make me feel special. I will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast left some to be desired. No cream cheese for bagel, bun with egg and/or cheese was dry.

Our stay at the Wooster Holiday Inn was outstanding; it was good value for our travel dollars.

clean, quiet, well maintained; but above all it has EV charging. This was our main reason for choosing this property. The stations are conveniently located; included are one Tesla station and two standard stations. We visit family regularly and have stayed at other properties. We are pleased that the EV “filter” brought us to the Holiday Inn because it is preferable to the other places we have stayed in Wooster.

The food at the morning “continental breakfast” could have been better.
