Hair on bed,breakfast was worst

It was a very enjoyable stay here; I spent so long trying to find a nice hotel near all the theme parks and beaches here in Cali, but most had some kind of underlying problem. Thankfully I was able to find this hotel which is not extremely far from all and at a reasonable price with wonderful rooms and breakfast. The room was practically spotless when we checked in with extra towels already in our room. The front desk workers were extremely nice and polite even when our drain was clogged and even had maintenance come to our room late in the evening to fix it which we were very grateful for given our long days. The breakfast was a nice spread with pastries, fruits, Proteins as well as a nice selection of drinks. What really made our trip was the complimentary coffee/ tea in the lobby, it was very nice to be able to have a cup of tea to feel better or just some fresh coffee in the morning without having to brew any. There is plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well which was very convenient when we were trying to get on the road. I will for sure be staying here again if I return to the area. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

Everything. They where extremely fast in fixing 2 errors and ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome.

The only thing I would say they need to fix is the shower, it is extremely slick as soon as any soap or shampoo touched it. Thats my only concern.

The staff were very helpful. I wanted to use the television with an HDMI input from my laptop and they brought me a special remote to enable me to do that. Credit to front desk and maintenance staff.

The refrigerator was a bit small in our room but that wasn't a huge deal. However the breakfast was pretty awful quality. The hotel really needs to improve the quality of the food for the breakfast as it's probably the worst we've had in traveling to hotels over the last 5 years.

Toilet ran all night. Breakfast was offering was sub-par.

I had some issues with the bed it was not comfortable at all i tossed and turned throughout the night. Bed was harder then i like . Had to use many pillows under mw just to get some sleep.

The rooms were really small. There was not much space between the end of the beds and the counter/dresser area. Definitely not room for two people to be moving about the room, and there was 3 of us.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were very accommodating. Very willing to help out with my booking needs. The hotel was clean and adequate. Nice self serve breakfast buffet.

Not enough handicapped parking. I had to park quite a distance to get to my room. My issue causes pain to walk and I get out of breath. I would have preferred a motel with a parking spot by my room. The mattresses were too high for me the get on. A step stool would help. I found the mattresses to be very hard. I woke up stiff and in pain in the morning Again this has to do with my disability, others may find these beds comfortable. They were clean and fresh with nice linens and pillows. The room was crowded with two double beds in it, but thats all they had left. This is a great place for travelers to stay, it just didn't suit my needs. Don't take this as a negative review, its a great hotel for the price and accommodations. It's clean and safe.

Clean, quiet, elevators were quick and quiet(stayed at 5th floor)checked in early- good there was available room ready for old weary travelers like us; breakfast ok. Very accessible to where we needed to go; very accommodating front desk people-shout out to Mariana!

Location fine with a little walking to the main street and Eastland Mall and bus transportation. Breakfast was okay with several different choices, but you have to get there early as some trays were empty. Coffee and tea provided all day.

I didn't like the fact that you had to call each day if you wanted trash removed each day or clean towels daily. That should be provided in the price. Certainly paid enough daily. I stayed in Disneyland at a lesser priced hotel and had service each day. I don't mind making my own bed and using the same towels, but trash should be removed daily without having to call. Instead I trash piled up in baskets by the elevators!

Great location. Easy on and off I-10. Lots of great dining and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Good breakfast. Professional, friendly staff. Nice place to stay in West Covina. Nice pool and fitness room.

Nothing not to like. Only thing missing: bathroom did not have any extra hooks to hang clothes or towels on. That is always nice to have and very appreciated.

I liked the ambiance, the quality of the furniture, bedding, the cleanliness and the quietness. I really enjoyed that they offer a continental breakfast.

The room smelled like someone was smoking in there. We tried leaving the AC on at all times but it stilled spelled like cigarette smoke.

Property seemed to be filled with non-English speaking folks who were loud, rude and impolite.

I was not completely satisfied as my room was located next to a guest who had a pet who barked throughout the night and day. I did not get a restful sleep nor the peace and quiet I am looking for.

The breakfast area is small. The guests needed to stand around to wait for the tables in some morning when I was there.

The desk in my room was right next to the air conditioning. I didn't like the cool air blowing on me when I was working on my computer.

This is my second review....I returned at end of my trip as enjoyed so much the first part of the month that it was easy to just rebook again, as overall, it was one of the better, comfortable, pleasant hotels I stayed at on my across country 51 day journey from FL to CA and return. Thank you. I recommended you to my friends and family who live in area . If I am ever in area again, I will definitely book with you again. Thanks for being so dog friendly as well; Toby enjoyed his stay also.
