It was convenient to the freeway & 11 minutes to our event we attended Sunday afternoon.

Lovely place away from home

We had the king bed and it was super big, super comfy and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was also good. We loved the waffle maker facility and the warm oatmeal. The shower had strong pressure, nice warm/hot water and the provided amenities were good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The lifts were a bit on the older side but it did work, which is all we need.

Exceeded my expectations !

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and professional. I can’t think of anything that disappointed me other than no peanut butter for my bagel (which Is totally fine). The AC worked, the bed was super comfortable. Would stay again

Location okay. Close to mall and bus transportation. Breakfast was good, but they could have extended the hours.

They didn't pick up garbage daily. I don't mind about bed being made or getting fresh towels daily. I saw alot of trash by the elevators.

It starts with your main entry: cleanliness and the employee behind the counter. I met a woman behind the counter who was very helpful upon arrival. Being retired from the FDA in Sanitation for a very long time, this facility cares for the HEALTH OF OTHERS. It all starts with "CUSTOMER RELATIONS". And I must say this facility is one of them. Myself? YES, I would return. Thank you Doug Henig

I would not even consider staying at a neighboring competitor. My stay was very pleasant.

Breakfast was nice. Good selection and fresh. Eating facilities were nice.

We asked for a working iron that took a while, and made a request for extra towels that never showed up. It sounds more inconvenient than it was.

Unpleasant

I thought the hotel was fairly clean .

I did not like that my request to check in a little sooner was not granted . I had a event to get to by 5, so I needed to get ready . I did not like that I booked a king room & ended up in a double ; didn't get to cuddle with my hubby 😏. I did not like that the guy at the desk told me breakfast was 6:30 am - 9:30 am . I went down at 9 everything was gone and cleaned up ! I did not like when we can back from our event at midnight we could not get into the lobby doors they were locked and no staff in view . Took a few minutes to gain access . I probably will never book there again ! O ' the clean towels were full of hair & it sure wasn't mine that's just nasty 🤢 !!

Great location and OK rooms.

The location is great. Many restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. Next to freeway. The hotel lobby is very clean and modern. The staff is very helpful and cheery. The layout is simple and extra facilities are very accessible. The rooms are clean. They include a fridge and a microwave. The TVs are fairly new and include some smart capabilities. Beds are par with all hotels. They're comfortable.... If you like medium firmness. Lighting is OK, coming from lamps in every corner. Ac controls are wall mounted.

The restroom shower head is absolutely horrible. Thing was like a broken sprinkler. To add to the situation the floor has a tile that is very very very slippery. A "no slip" isn't provided. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash is being watered down, especially the conditioner. The front and the bathroom door cannot be opened at the same time. The space there is so confined that two people can't walk through at the same time. The room is also small. I don't think a room that size doesn't honestly need a desk as it takes up a lot of space. A couch would be better. The look is also dated. Feels like I traveled back 30 years. I don't think the room justifies the price.

Overall our stay was good and convenient.

The property was in a great location, quick access to shopping restaurants and freeway.

The bathroom in our room had an odor and the showerhead spilled water everywhere. There is no vent in the bathroom. I think the odor came from the wallpaper. Also the curtains are a bit long and covered the AC so it was hard to keep the room cool.

Really Cool Stay

Pros: I loved that the bathroom was all enclosed with the sink. Had a lot of counterspace and the bathroom was roomy overall I liked the setup of the room It had 2 TV's! Nice closet space King bed and pillows were comfy Had a little refrigerator It was clean Room met our needs and was enjoyable

Weekend in West Covina

Easy parking and access to hotel. Welcoming fragrance in the lobby and nice decor.

The breakfast selection was way below Marriott standards to me. I get it, we are just coming off a pandemic, but scrambled eggs are simple to prepare instead of a packaged souffle egg choice More protein choices. Thr oatmeal was very good as was the coffee. The staff was excellent so that made up for the skimpy Sunday morning selection. Also need better coffee machines in the rooms with better coffee, that way people would not feel they need a Starbucks.

very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, room was excellent and close to eatery’s and shopping centers.

housekeeping didn’t come within the two days we stayed so trash was piling.
