Cozy and comfy!

It was in a great location close to shipping and restaurants. The facility was extremely clean and all the staff were exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast included with the price of the room was surprisingly good. Most places most throw out donuts and juice but this breakfast was almost buffet like. The room was large and comfortable and included amenities like a mini fridge and coffee.

The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean.

Well I would like to have check out time at 12pm. I felt 11 am is too early. The front desk did allow more time for me to gather myself and my family, so I appreciate that kind gesture.

Location, value

Staff was great until we had a problem with our keys. Our keys didn’t work so we went to the front desk and asked for new ones. They gave us new ones that didn’t work again and again. Finally the owner came and had to let us in and had some sort of machine that told her the problem and she left and came back after 15 minutes with new keys that worked. This all took an hour and 15 minutes to fix. Unacceptable

Way overpriced for this old, outdated, dirty place.

Front desk staff was friendly. Good parking.

Old, outdated room. Dark and gloomy room. AC was terrible! The window didn't have a lock on it and was easy to open. The bedspread had stains on it. The light in the bathroom wouldn't stay on. The guy in the next room was loud and yelling almost all night. I left sick which I feel came from the AC. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

Nice hotel

The location and the price were both reasons why I chose this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There was a running board coming apart from the wall, but it wasn't anything major enough to give a lower rating. I enjoyed the underground parking garage which was very convenient to park in and access the elevator. I will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

If not for late check in and bed being so uncomfortable would have been 10 out of 10

Check in is way too late. 4pm is ridiculous! I called the night before to get an early check in. Called again on my 6 hour drive and the young lady seemed frustrated that I was bothering her. I get it but we had a wedding to go to. The bed was so hard that I literally could not sleep at all. I was tossing all night long. Everything else was nice and staff were friendly and pleasant to work with.

Not as good as it used to be in 2018-2019

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was reasonably quiet. The breakfast was good. The TV worked very well and the staff were very friendly.

The hot tub didn't work (again) for a 2nd year in a row. The roof leaked on the 4th floor when it rained. The windows don't block out enough of the I-10 road noise. There were not enough condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or vinegar in the breakfast area. The refrigerator froze all out food, even when it was set at minimum.. So we lost some of our food due to that.
