Did not end up stayin and did not get my full refund it was a disgusting health hazard black mold in AC and all over bat

Black mold on bathroom ceiling a lot black mold on AC Vent dirt dust where towels are placed floors dirty hairs sticky sneaker marks hair ties dirty smell really bad toilet dirty seat up rented two rooms and they both had same issues when they moved is those rooms were worse beyond unsanitary

I was able to get one room refunded because I paid thru Priceline but the one for my family I booked through Priceline but paid at hotel and they refused to refund me I took pictures of everything and I have my whole family to attest to the same had to find a new hotel came out of town found two room through booking not much more night and day difference I can’t speak to a live rep for onsite complaints you made me cal 3rd party that could not pull up my Priceline confirmation numbers and was super rude she could only refund one but had no access to my account you only offer chat AI to investigate don’t refer people to unsanitary hotels coming out of town to be comfortable they shouldn’t even be on your site I’m a longtime customer and never experienced this who you refer to is a reflection on your company definitely dissapointed in the hotel and with Priceline handling

Our home away from home.

Everything about this hotel is great. This was the second time we stayed there. (Won’t be our last)…they have late check out for a reasonable fee and washer/dryer onsite. Staff is the best! Very friendly and everyone acknowledges you as you walk in the doors and throughout your stay.

To whom it may concern, I’ve stayed at many different types of hotels before but unfortunately for the price I paid at your hotel it wasn’t equipped with a handicapped handle in the shower and furthermore why is your bathroom sink so close to the toilet. Every time I wanted to use the toilet to handle my business, I had to wait til my significant other was done washing their face.
