Best choice for the price

We didn't expect much for the price but it was really wonderful. Everything was there, some restaurants around the corner, a 24 hour shop, and a little away from the hustle in Niagara city. Perfect with car to explore the area, and without car it's a 25 minutes walk to the falls. The motel had an outside space in the morning sun where we had our breakfast.

Yes, it’s a skanky neighbourhood and the place is rather rundown, although no more than the rest of Niagara Falls. But the manager is a gem. In six months of travelling I haven’t met anyone more caring and solicitous!

I booked for 7 days the best room of the hotel . Even it was costly $150 then regular room . But bad service . Nobody change not a single sheet in 7 days I asked but nobody came to change it . Nobody come to change the trash bag same bags used for 3 days then asked in office that trash bag used for next 4 days.nobody change bed sheets I paid for daily basis 7 day money but nobody change bed facility . Even no arrangement of tea coffee.

DON'T STAY HERE

We paid for a room with a jacuzzi and only got to use it once in the 3 days we stayed there, because it took 2 hours to fill up. I called the office to complain about the water pressure the lady from the office said just let it fill up for a half hour 🙄 😒 no it took 2 hours. Then she came to our room and gave us a toilet plug to help with the hot tub to say the least we didn't use it. The hot tub was filthy so we had to wash it out before using it. I feel we should get money back we should of been charged for a regular room without jacuzzi. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Not the best, not the worst place to stay

The place had some updates, and was relatively clean. The check in lady was nice and friendly.

Main issue was that the ac barely cooled off our room. Also our room didnt have any cups or a coffee maker.

The room was ok

The roommate was rude to us she call the police because she didn't want to confirm that our room was ok without damage to go. The motel was a drug place if we look at other review. Worst place I've ever being. The customer are not treated the correct way very very very disappointed!!! Poor neiborhood around poor place hard place !

Highly recommended

This is an excellent, well-located, cost-effective option. Like most motels in Niagara Falls it looks a bit rough on the outside but this one's comfortable and clean inside. Big room, good king size bed with quality bedding, effective air-conditioning, ample storage, desk, office chair and comfy armchair. The microwave and minibar worked perfectly, with a coffee machine provided on request. Updated, functional bathroom including good hot water. Room servicing on request, not that I bothered for a 3 night stay. With less than 20 rooms the motel is small so disruptions from other guests are minimal. Service from staff was prompt, accommodating and friendly. At the very eastern end of Lundy's Lane it's a pleasant walk to the falls and there are several restaurants nearby. Check out the history museum if you have time.

There is occasional traffic noise but the air-conditioner acts as a good filter.

Suitable for a nights stay where you just need a place to sleep.

We were going to a concert the night of our stay. They let us check in early because we were going to be late coming back. The hotel was dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep as it was a very late night. The room was quiet even though we were on a fairly busy road. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The lights above the beds didn't work which was disappointing as I like to read in bed. The dead bolt on the room didn't work.

Beautiful and comfortable room, but not a child friendly place.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable.

This motel is not suitable for children. The people staying in this motel stay monthly and many of them are addicts in active use. When I checked into the motel, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the office so I could check in. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, the girl was never instantly available. I was only given 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for my room.

The banter at check in was good fun. The location is good. The room was large and clean.

Okay, it’s a bit tired but there is plenty pf evidence that work is being done to update (my bathroom was renovated, the room itself was painted and so on). It is a work in progress but it has good bones.

It's a good value for money. The beds are big and comfortable. It's close to the Niagara Falls (you can go walking).

It's old and not super clean. It can also be noisy (I guess walls are thin).

Great location. Not far from the falls and the casino. There’s definitely a party vibe in the area. Bars and restaurants close by. The A/C worked well. The staff was cool and the price was worth it. Definitely would come back.

Good location.

Unhelpful staff, faulty wifi which delayed check-in, door didn't lock properly, AC was not working, was promised a 40% refund but did not get any. Mailed the owner multiple times but no response.

Great location But ..

We liked the location . It was in the middle of everything which allowed us to save on unnecessary payments such as parking etc.

An incident happened with the Owner of the Motel . I informed them twice on Booking that we will be checking in late , Staff called and mentioned they will grant us a discount to Apologize for this inconvenience. We appreciated it . We payed at the property and turned out they had to give us an Extra 18 US dollars . The owner was comfortable giving us only 10$ and when we mentioned that we still had money left he was upset and started telling us to never come back and as if he was doing us a favor from his own money . The Room wasn't clean as it was supposed to the bathroom was smelly and the bedsheets were a little smelly too which made us uncomfortable. We had a nice stay as per location and price , but for the way the owner treated us we decided to never come back again ! We'll put our money elsewhere.

You get what you pay for.

There was a layer of dust on top of the baseboard and pretty old and banged up furnishing. TV wasn't working. On the positive side the mattress was good and we sleept well. But overall we would not return.
