    It’s super cheap, close to Niagara Falls, like a 25 min walk. Stuff is super friendly.

    Our room had been reasonably updated and was clean. No control of heat and a window AC unit for summer use. TV only had 6 channels. Room had a small fridge and microwave but had no coffee maker and motel has no ice maker. Bed linens were very thin and bathroom had only 2 towels. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Free parking. Bottom line, I wouldn't stay there again
