Clean and comfortable, central location.
We unfortunately had a room next to the service elevator which was often noisy at night. They did not like the fact that we booked through booking.com which resulted in loosing my membership benefits. This is the first time that has happened in the past year in 5 stays in BONVoY group hotels.

the location is good, staff and room is clean.
when i was booking i have clearly selected a hotel with free parking and breakfast included. But that did not happen during our stay, we were told to park on a paid parking across the hotel. Also there was no complimentary breakfast, we ended up paying extra for it. If you want to watch Netflix or even You Tube, you have to pay also. Please make sure the choices on amenities are more transparent so there are no surprises prior to booking confirmation.
