Check-in was great, as was th equality of the room. Food and wine available at the cafe was high quality, and Rafael provided excellent service. The front desk was very helpful with taxicab requests, and giving walking directions.
Please repair the hot water feature in the lobby water dispenser. Also, make sure the are clean glasses available. I went for water, and found only one glass. The cafe staff person addressed that situation when I pointed it out. The television was not properly connected. In fairness, i realize someone would have addressed that had I called the front desk, so this is minor. Lastly, the night before I left, I asked for a complete total of ALL CHARGES owing,. The front desk staff person wrote down $693.53. The next morning, the amount changed to $943.37.
