    Parliament Hill is right behind the hotel. We were surprised by the facilities and we played a game of snooker 🤣 Fun! It was clean and staff are professional. Great service.

    We had a very disappointing stay at ReStay Ottawa. The room hygiene was far below expectations — dirt in the bathroom, greasy remote, and blankets with a strong unpleasant odor, with no cleaning provided during our stay. Our interaction with the reservation manager, Gillian Kainola, left us with an unwelcoming and unsupportive impression, which added to the overall negative experience. We would not choose this property again.
