Had some loud neighbors, but asked to move and the hotel upgraded me to a great room with quiet neighbours.
Renovations were annoying! Didnt know before booking that it was under renovation.

The security
The room was obviously not to their standards for the price. It was looking a little run down especially the bathroom door. Booked the hotel because of the pool and parking to only find out the pool no longer exists since 2025, restaurant was being renovated, no room service, and had to pay an additional $45 for parking. The rates in Vancouver are very high but without these amenities I should have booked a cheaper hotel.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the price was great for the value.
I was in a room at the end of the hallway, and there was an stairwell door right next to my room. The door was extremely loud whenever it opened and closed—day and night. It didn’t just echo in the hallway; it honestly sounded like my own room door was being opened and closed, which was very disturbing. It’s a shame because the room itself was really nice.
