Room was overall pretty clean. The pool is closed permanently and we had not been told or advised. Our room was also quite hot (24-25degrees) and because they had shut the AC for the year we were not able to control the temperature.

The hotel was just fine. Clean, nice staff, etc. however, the heat in our room was unsettling as it warmed to 30 degrees and we could not lower the setting to be cooler. That is too hot.

The layout of the hotel is so strange, I thought I stayed at a maze. So many homeless people in that area, I don't feel safe in the garage and wandering around the hotel.

There are two Holiday inns downtown and this is definitely the better of the two.

This place was exceptional. Super comfy beds and pillows. Pool and fitness rioms were a plus. And they have an outdoor patio upstairs for lounging. Staff were very friendly and I saw one guest super grateful because a staff had found his wallet outside and turned it in to the manager. Granville street is surely shady but good food to be found there.

The Hotel's customer service is terrible. For the price you are paying, they should hire more experienced personnel to treat clients. Never again staying at any IHG group hotels.

The property is just okay but housekeeping staff who did the room service at one day did not follow safety of the guest belongings she did not locked our room when we try to unlock our room it is not locked, she did not pull the door in order to lock the door completely, it is very unsafe as it we could lose our belongings.

The check in was awful with the person who wanted to over charge me for parking that was included in our reservation. Thankfully the women in the morning check out were more hospitable. The pool had a green film around the sides and you had to shove the door open to get in. You will be happier staying somewhere else!
