House Hedera II is located in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Gornji Kono, this spacious two-story property offers a perfect blend of privacy, modern comfort, and close proximity to Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town. Its elevated position and thoughtful amenities make it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends looking to explore the city while enjoying their own private oasis.
Interior and Layout: Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests (4+2), the house features a functional and comfortable layout across two floors:
First Floor: A bright and open living room with a large sofa bed (suitable for 2 guests) offering direct access to the private courtyard. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils) and a full bathroom with a shower cabin.
Second Floor: Two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, a dedicated work desk, ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms features direct access to a private balcony with sea views and sweeping vistas of the Old Town.
Amenities and Comfort All rooms are equipped with an advanced heat pump system (heating and cooling) and individual Smart TVs with satellite/streaming capabilities. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Outdoor Space and Location The fully fenced courtyard guarantees absolute privacy. Guests can relax in the private jacuzzi, prepare meals on the outdoor barbecue grill, or dine at the outdoor lounge set.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
