- key was in a locker, after a phone call we got the code for it - all rooms have aircon - enough towels (2 big and 2 small per bedroom) - kitchen is well equipped - enough detergent, dishwasher tablets etc

- there were ants in one bedroom, but nothing too bad

great personalized service and warm welcome by Ana our host. Ana also aquainted us with the local area and provided tour advice, restaurant advice and treated us with the upmost carer.

The wonderful host Ana contacted us to ask our arrival time, when she heard that we will arrive early in the morning after a night long ferry, she offered to prepare apartment for us to check-in in the morning, and she reserved a street parking spot for our car ,right outside the apartment under the shades of flower trees. She recommended good local restaurants to avoid the touristy centre. The apartment looks new and modern, fully furnished with sky light, everything you will need from a home:) we took Uber everyday from apartment to the old town around 5 mins and under 5 euro each trip. Ana greeted us on our last morning before taking off to split,when she heard that our travel agency didn’t delivery what they promised about the trip, she tried to help us to contact Croatian tourism inspectors to get justice, we cannot thank Ana enough for how much she made us felt like home in Dubrovnik! We will recommend to anyone who wants to stay out of busy touristy old town, or travel with a car , this place is a home!

Convenient location next to a supermarket. Easy walk into the old town. Clean apartment; well equipped with much needed air conditioning for our stay. Lovely, helpful host.

Spot on for a staying several days in Dubrovnik with a car

A newly renovated property. Spacious, comfy, great A/C and shower. Quiet. Location is 15 minutes walking to the city centre. A rocky "beach" Bellevue is 10 minutes away, is not for everyone but a nice to have. Supermarket next door. Convenient private parking. Extremely helpful host Ana provided us with more than enough information about the city of Dubrovnik, and we're super helpful. We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik.

Beach nearby is both lots of steps and even not pebbly, just a cliff. But you can say that pretty much about every beach in Dubrovnik. A good place for swimming and sunbathing still.

Nice place and amazing host!

Our host Anna! She was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived! She had a map ready for us and some brochures too. The flat was very clean, nicely furnished, equipped with everything that you might need and has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen! AC was already on for us, and was really effective! Spacious and a little balcony! Supermarket around the corner is very handy too! I believe parking is also available. Would definitely come here again if I ever come to Dubrovnik and would recommend it to family and friends!

Bit of a walk to town, but it's in a nice quite area literally 10-15 mins walk away if you take the little shortcut/alleyways to town.

4B apartments Dubrovnik - a palce we want to come back to!

Our stay in 4B apartments Dubrovnik was absolutely great! A truly charming and super clean appartment on the top floor of a nicely renovated house equipped with everything we needed. The busy historic old-town is within walking distance and it is great to get away from the crowds after a long day of great impressions and many people to find some time to relax in a lovely place. The host was very welcoming and supportive to make our first visit to the city a great experience! The recommendations given highly contributed to get ourselves orientated and make the most of our time in this great city. We hope to visit Dubrovnik in the future and would always choose this place again for our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ana’s apt#2 in 4B Apartments. The location was perfect and our host was very welcoming. We parked our car and walked everywhere as it was well located. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well appointed, having everything we needed for our 3 day stay. A grocery store was a 2 minute walk away and the old town was an easy walk of 15 minutes.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and feeling that you are not guest but at your own apartment. Location was very close to old city, next to apartment was grocery shop and next to apartment was opportunity to left the car.

Cozy stay near the action

My bus arrived in Dubrovnik quite a few hours later than scheduled, the very communicative host was gracious enough to extend my checkout hours the next day. The place was spacious enough for two, or maybe 3 if you don't have huge luggage. Having a washing machine and also hanging lines outside the windows was a plus!

Dubrovnik is a great place to visit and the apartment was ideal for our needs

Well situated and an easy walk to the Old Town and good for the bus back. a short walk away there are some bars and somewhere to eat - Roxy, Mr Fosters and Bella. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you need and a supermarket close to you. The host was excellent at communicating with us and greeted us on arrival.

A restful week in a comfortable, well equipped apartment with an attentive and considerate landlady.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent for the old town and port, both of which were in walking distance. The landlady, Nikolina, was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. She organised a taxi from the airport for us which was waiting for us even though our flight arrived early and the taxi driver liaised with her so that she was waiting to welcome us and check us in early which was much appreciated.

Nice, clean, cosy apartment with everything you need

Everything was as described. The host was great and we felt very good. Location was OK. You can get around by foot, however, we mostly used cheap taxi services. A big grocery store is nearby. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Comfortable apartment out of the busy old town.

A clean and modern apartment on 15 minutes walking of the old town. ( ok, back to the apartment is 20 minutes, a little bit up hill but it is to do) Al the comfort you need was in the apartment. Getting the key was easy, the woman was waiting for us after we had SMS contact.

Super comfortable

The apartment is very spacious with a huge kitchen /dining/living room area. The separate bedroom is also spacious with a big wardrobe and a super comfortable bed. Great bathroom too, with fantastic magnifying mirror.The house is equipped with everything and more! (Two TV sets are really an exaggeration!) The hostess, Nikolina, really nice, provided us with all the useful information. The walk to the city is about 15 min only, still, I would recommend the bus (two stops) especially on a hot day.And if you have a car, there is a parking space which I imagine it would be impossible to find otherwise.

The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Within walking distance to Old Town. Supermarket close by. Excellent restaurant about 500m away. Perfect for us.
