The central location and the availability of a parking space.

The appartment was on the ground floor and on street level. So the entrance went directly into the appartment.
We could not leave the curtains open because windows were on street side.
There was hardly any space left when you unfold the bed in the livingroom/kitchen
There were two rooms in the appartment which had separate doors but we were not allowed to enter. We found this a little bit weird.
The walls were very thin and you could here people talk and also move furniture. So it was very noisy when you tried to sleep
No balcony or space inside where you could dry your wet stuff

The apartment was fab nice quiet street it was fully equipped 5 minutes walk from the centre
No reception or information on the door of the apartment but luckily the owner was passing by and stopped very nice guy very helpful

it was compact .
very basic kitchen utensils provided. sandwich toaster was dirty
