Breathtaking Sea View Apartment Near The Old City

Great place for a family of five! The apartment is exceptional—beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Waking up each morning to the stunning sea view was a highlight of our trip. The location is excellent, about a 25–30 minute downhill walk to the Old Town. We usually took an Uber back, which was quick and convenient. Marijana was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions, and went above and beyond to help arrange transportation for our day trips, making our stay smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor.

The apartment was set up perfectly to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our family of five stayed for 4 nights. The view, balcony, welcome snacks & drinks, and general attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

The only negative is the amount of stairs required to walk back to the property-i imagine must be common to the majority of stays in Dubrovnik.

Nothing apartment was exceptional with a great host who answered all our questions.

Probably my best short term rental in terms of host accommodations and value. Sea view was top notch. Apartment was well stocked with everything we expected and more (pleasantly surprising treats). 15 min walk to old town and Uber/cab back. Apartment was spotless. Great host, great communication via whats app, highly recommend.

Parking spot was fine but it is along the busy main road.
