Apartments Marlin Blue

Marijana warmly welcomed us upon arrival and provided comprehensive information about both the property and the local area. She remained readily available throughout our stay and was always happy to assist with any questions. The property enjoys an excellent location, offering convenient access to both Dubrovnik Old Town and the Lapad area. it also has a bakery and two supermarkets less than a 5-minute stroll. The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, so we were able to relax in between exploring. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. We would not hesitate to book here again on a future trip.

Exceeded all expectations! ❤️ The location , the outstanding immaculate standard of our two bedroom apartment (fully equipped with absolutely everything you could want ) …. and the beautiful pool area , made this a perfect break. What makes this place even more special was the hospitality of our host Marijanna! We were given the warmest welcome , seated on her terrace with a delicious local cake presented , washed down with a glass of wine and beer! Marijanna spent time talking us through local attractions , places to eat and a boat trip , all of which we did ! She even brought us complimentary cold drinks while chilling by the pool in the heat wave- she is truly is a cheerful, funny , and generous hostess in every way and it was pure delight staying here. We will return as a 3 night stay is not enough to take in this amazing destination. ❤️

This is not as such a dislike as the location for us was great as it’s away from the crowds of the old town , it is a 15/ 20 minute downhill walk to get into the old town wth lots of steps and uphill back up to the apartment more steps . So depending on your fitness and age group just be prepared … but it’s worth it! - we easily walked into town a but due to the heatwave we took Marijana’s advice and got an uber for 11 euros back which saved our energy for all the walking you will do in Dubrovnik to see its full splendour! In cooler weather it’s fine .

Close to old town ,lovely pool, Rooms well furnished ,marvellous viewsand Marijuana was incredibly welcoming and well organised.

As with most Debrovnic properties there are a lot of steps involved not suitable for people with disabilities

You will not get a better host than Marijana, welcomed with a glass of wine and a huge piece of cake.She was always on hand and gave us invaluable help with places to go and see, helped us to get a terrific boat cruise of three islands at a very cheap price which included lunch .I would not hesitate to recommend her and her villas, with a lovely pool as well

Could not find a fault. Our apartment was quite new and had everything you could wish for . A stunning balcony overlooking both the pool and the sea. It was also very peaceful and lovely to watch the swifts divebombing the pool in the later evening
