The open kitchen, dining, and family areas make spending time together easy, while the upstairs bonus room offers extra space to unwind. A downstairs bedroom adds flexibility for your group, and TVs in every room keep everyone entertained.

Enjoy the shared resort-style community pool and playground, plus occasional neighborhood food trucks. Tampa is about 30 minutes away, the outlet mall is approximately 20 minutes away, and Anna Maria Island and beautiful Sarasota-area beaches are within driving distance. Planning a Disney day? Walt Disney World is approximately 1½–2 hours away. Travel times vary with traffic and your destination, and food truck schedules vary.

For stays longer than four days, housekeeping visits twice during your stay.

Parties are welcome with advance notice and host approval for an additional $800 fee. Please discuss your plans with us before booking.

All dogs are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee. Dogs must stay in the air-conditioned three-car garage, where crates are available. Dogs are not permitted inside the home. An additional cleaning fee applies for excessive pet mess in the garage or if dogs enter the home. If you’re traveling with animals, please let us know in advance so we can arrange crate accommodations, and tell us what food they eat. A dog sitter is also available—please ask about availability and rates.
