Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features two stories of beautifully updated living space, a formal dining room, large living areas, and an expansive screened veranda that serves as the heart of the home. Whether you're gathering with family, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping to the Florida coast, you'll have plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

• Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding.

• Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the property. No cameras are located inside the home.
• Noise monitoring devices may be present to help ensure compliance with local quiet-hour requirements. These devices do not record conversations or audio.
• Free on-site parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles.
• A BBQ grill is provided. An empty propane tank is provided; guests are responsible for any propane refills or tank exchanges needed during their stay.
• Guests use the home and its amenities, including stairs, bunk beds, the fire pit, and BBQ grill, at their own risk.
