Wonderful complete remodel. :) Breathtakingly relaxing. Spacious with every amenity you could need is provided for your enjoyment. Comfortable beds, kid-friendly, game room, games, and more. You will LOVE staying here! book it now!
Total remodel top to bottom! 7 miles from Anna Maria Island and several popular beaches. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds all with good lighting, USB ports, and outlets for all charging needs. Great for kids and spending time with loved ones. Ping pong, foosball, mini basketball hoop, XL wall mounted connect 4, chalkboard, board games. 4 fun walkie-talkies (plan to bring AA batteries - often get left "on") Open and spacious great room with new quartz counters. Indoor seating for 8 (table) and 6 (breakfast bar). Coffee station with Keurig and drip machine. Some K cups were provided and basic coffee grounds. Outdoor dining space for 14+ with a table that extends. Heated pool. Fire pit area. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, groceries, smoothie stands, and activities nearby. Dog parks, trails, parks, and more.

bedroom 3 - twin over full bunk with pull-out trundle
bedroom 4 - 2 twins - space to add mattress between for 3 total in the room. (extra twin mattress stored in the master closet)
Living room - Queen pull-out - (linens in the game cabinet - or master linen closet - sheets are the only BLUE ones in the home)
Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, beach carts, boogie boards, life jackets, and dive rings are provided. Spice rack, salt/pepper, fully stocked kitchen.
Parking is driveway only. The street is narrow, so please park in the driveway and do not block the sidewalk. Room for 4 cars, but not more.
Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Nice homes line the streets and are just two blocks from Bradenton Country Club.
It’s great to have a car but there are parks within walking distance that have trails throughout.
Please make sure you understand this is in a quiet neighborhood with neighboring houses in close proximity. Not a good house for parties/gatherings/late nights by the pool. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. Please help us keep neighbors happy by being extra considerate of your noise when outside after hours.

From checking in to checking out, our vacation was a dream! My family and I needed a house close enough to the beach but with plenty of space to keep 3 kids (two of them being energetic 3 year olds) entertained while there. This was it! The house is spacious, BEAUTIFUL, includes a perfect sized pool and the property manager Christy couldn’t have been more helpful! If you’re thinking of booking a stay here, my family and I definitely recommend it!

Overall this was a pretty good place, but could be even better, especially for the price. The pool is nice, decor is beachy, and it is fairly comfortable but not "high end". The beds are okay (feel like foam ones but not pillow-top comfy) and there is just enough of everything but could have more. For ex., there is seating in the living room but not nearly enough for a house that fits 8 people (a sectional would be a better use of space), the swings are fun but create a lot of unused space for seating, there were three dish towels, which last 1 day and you have to wash again, there is patio furniture but the cushions are seem to be replacements, they are not not plush/very comfortable, etc. It also seems a little dark in the place as there are storm shutters that are propped over the windows and don't let a lot of light in. The neighborhood seems transitional, it is not in the the really nice part of Bradenton. It is only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches but that is early morning or late evening, not the mid-morning when it takes at least 40 minutes to get to the beach. There was only one broken beach umbrella but in contacting the owner, she quickly reimbursed us for purchasing two to leave at the house, which was nice. However, I expected that would have been sorted before we arrived. I also wish there was recycling at the house. Again, good but not as high-end as other places we've stayed at similar price points. Nice owner.

Sadly, we only were able to stay two nights of our eight night stay before Hurricane Milton came to Bradenton but the house was very nice, just as described and Christy was WONDERFUL to work with when we had to leave early. She truly went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home!!
