The place is awesome, clean and fully equipped, conveniently close to grocery stores, shopping plazas, restaurants and 7 driving minutes to Anna Maria Island and Manatee county public beaches. Backyard is super cool to hang out and grill out. Host was very responsive nice. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the house and a strong sulfur smell comes out of it, they have lots of space fans and we brought febreze air freshener and that helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will totally stay again!

We absolutely loved this location. It was close to Ana Maria island - we rented bikes and rode to the island. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the house that made our trips to the beach more enjoyable. Lots of bedrooms for our whole family to stretch out.

Location was nice and close to the beach. Access was great. Amenities were close by. Parking was great. Neighbors were great. Property cleanliness was so so. The complaints that we had were as follows:1. Fridge in kitchen didn’t work, so we had to use fridge in utility room.2. There was literally one bath towel each, no more. There were a few beach towels.3. Kitchen was kind of dirty.4. There was one roll of paper towels.5. There were very limited kitchen supplies.6. There were no dish towels or dish rags, and very little dish soap, we had to use wash clothes just to clean the counters.7. There were only two trash bags period.8. They want you to start the dish washer when you leave, but there is no dish washer soap.It served the purpose for the two nights that our party was there, but we probably would not go there again.Not a problem that is in the control of the Property owner, BUT!! The traffic to the beach was horrendous, only 2 - 2.5 miles, but can take you up to 1 - 1.5 hours. If you want a parking spot you better get there really early! Just be aware!!
