Welcome to the Golf & See Resort. This is a vacation home with a spectacular golf course view in your backyard. We would love to host you short and long-term.
Pool & Spa were recently renovated!
The estate features a comfortable & spacious living room with 75" Smart TV, laundry, pool & spa with a sheltered patio, two King bed master bedrooms overlooking the pool with their own Smart TV's, and much more.
You have a beautiful kitchen for cooking, a Keurig machine, and a backyard BBQ for grilling.
This home is designed with your comfort in mind and allows you and your group to sleep comfortably. Welcome home!
Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, and grill in our backyard. The spa is heated and complimentary with a Newly installed local control panel for your usage. The pool can be heated for a fee. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! If you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it in the canal in our backyard.
Pool and Spa use subject to all pool rules being followed - guest assumes all risk for use of pool and spa and waives the right to claim negligence or malpractice in the event of injury - guest assumes all responsibility, and guest booking acknowledges and assumes the risk of pool and spa usage.
As per Hillsborough County ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The amenities were great and, for the few issues we had while we were there for a month, the local handyman and pool person responded within hours.

Stay was great. The large kitchen and family room area with the large couches was fantastic. We all loved the pool area and the hot tub!

The house was fine but when we checked in there were several things that we found should have been caught by the management. The worse thing was that we had to spray for ants in the house every day. They were in every room including getting on some of the beds. We also had to pay to do laundry. I have rented alot of houses for vacation and this is a first. Also several evenings after 11:00 there was no water pressure at all making it impossible to take a shower, get ice or a drink of water. The shower in the Master bedroom closest to the Family room the shower did not drain.
