The house is in a good location for a quiet trip. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. The kayaks are a great addition as well but a little hard to launch from the dock. Great spot to fish as well. The owner was very responsive of any questions we had. Anna maria is a great beach to visit for the day. The house overall was a good fit for my group size wise. The washer and dryer was a little confusing but the owner helped teach us what to do.

The house is on a quiet dead end street with very friendly neighbors. The screened pool was in excellent condition and a constant 88 degrees. Sunsets from the dock area were beautiful. The host and hostess were very responsive to my requests. I was very comfortable there for many weeks.

Home is nice, pool was warm (paid extra), communication with host was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. I would say that as a host to make your clients more comfortable:Some tropical comforters/ pillows in the master, overall a lighter brighter decor, as most of us are from the grey north and we yearn for a taste of the tropics… ha even if just with beach prints inside. As for the pool area maybe fix up the waterfall and add a couple loungers for mature adults Replace pavers with something smoother,, the bricks are kinda icky. But overall nice home , plenty of space, very warm Pool, attentive owners!

I would like everyone know about this overly priced property before you book. We were originally going to stay on Marco Island but due to hurricane Ian we had to switch our plans last second. This property was not only more expensive but also a major let down. There is no beach near the property within 5 minutes, the beach that's "listed" is a neighborhood with a canal. The closest beach to the property that was worth the time is about 25 minutes away. The hot tub runs on a 3 hour schedule and after that schedule completes, it's cold and won't be available again until the next set schedule. Bricks around the pool area are all popping up and are an extreme hazard for falling and tripping with kids. The beach on the property was covered in ground hornets. The owner did send out the grounds keeper. He said there was nothing that could be done at the time of our stay. That part of the property we were not able to use at all the whole week we were there. We also had to spray for cockroaches on the outside which we killed 2. They list they have kayaks and a paddle board, all 4 kayaks have broken back rests and are practically unusable and fill with water quickly. The fan on the outside is covered in mold and dust. The pool "waterfall" is held up by spray foam which is completly visable, this was a horrible execution of this and needs to be rebuilt. All the tiles are loose and if a kid grabs on to one of these can seriously get injured. If that doesn't trouble you make your way to the inside of the house where we had to purchase our own hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and basic utensils for cooking. The blinds in the bathroom don't go down far enough so everyone can see you using the restroom from pool side. All the blinds are broken in the bedrooms. The bed sheets are extremely used and are very scratchy, pilled and dont even fit the mattress well on the second king bed. We also noticed the smell of urine in that bedroom. Flip up the couch cushions and see what lurks under there if you dare. We travel alot as a family and have been to many different properties and I've never filled out a negative review. We had really high hopes for this property. Especially with the money paid for this place. I will say I communicated with the owner and he appreciated hearing all of our concerns. He promised he would address the issues immediately. If you are thinking of renting this property I would contact the owner first to make sure everything was done
