Welcome to your AMAZING WATERFRONT Getaway for a short or long-term.
We recently completely renovated the pool and added a New Jacuzzi and Sun Bathing Lounger!
Our lovely home is complete with a pool & spa and brand New Pavers in the pool area! STUNNING year-round sunset views. Fish right off your dock, enjoy your private beach, watch manatees & dolphins play in the canal, & KAYAK to sunset. OUTSTANDING LOCATION!!! The backyard is west-facing with a patio & extended deck area for STUNNING year-round sunset views. Miles away from natural preserves, 70 min from Disney Orlando, 35 min to Busch Gardens 35 min to St Pete Beach, 5 min from waterfront restaurants & much more; 4 bedrooms allow you and your group to sleep comfortably.
Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, and grill in our backyard. The spa is heated and complimentary with a local control panel for your usage. The pool can be heated for a fee. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! If you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it in the canal in our backyard.
You have access to the entire home, including the dock: A beautiful kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, bathrooms, four bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a family room. Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore Florida. We provide everything you could need, and we are conveniently located near Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Busch Family Amusement Park, and only 70 min from Disney Orlando.
The house comfortably accommodates 10 people. A travel crib/playpen is also provided! There are large flat-screen smart TVs in the living room, family room, and each of the two "parents" rooms.
Apollo Beach is also home to a recreation center open to the public, with parks, a golf course (you must purchase a pass to use), and more. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is 5 minutes away by car.
As per Hillsborough County ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

The house is in a good location for a quiet trip. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. The kayaks are a great addition as well but a little hard to launch from the dock. Great spot to fish as well. The owner was very responsive of any questions we had. Anna maria is a great beach to visit for the day. The house overall was a good fit for my group size wise. The washer and dryer was a little confusing but the owner helped teach us what to do.

The house is on a quiet dead end street with very friendly neighbors. The screened pool was in excellent condition and a constant 88 degrees. Sunsets from the dock area were beautiful. The host and hostess were very responsive to my requests. I was very comfortable there for many weeks.

Home is nice, pool was warm (paid extra), communication with host was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. I would say that as a host to make your clients more comfortable:Some tropical comforters/ pillows in the master, overall a lighter brighter decor, as most of us are from the grey north and we yearn for a taste of the tropics… ha even if just with beach prints inside. As for the pool area maybe fix up the waterfall and add a couple loungers for mature adults Replace pavers with something smoother,, the bricks are kinda icky. But overall nice home , plenty of space, very warm Pool, attentive owners!

Owner was great to communicate. Internet was in and out at the house most of the stay-tv requires internet.
Hot tub had sand in it from the 'sand yard'...also hot tub had to be preheated for 30 min prior to u wanting it hot.
'Sand' area is outside of the lanai this completely swarmed with bugs so it was unusable.
The laundry required payment (we knew) but didnt realize it was gonna be $2.50 per wash and $2 per dry.
I usually wash owners towels used in the pool often but this forced me not to.
We used the washer and it was great but chose to air dry our clothes outside.
Kitchen was stocked well although as with most rentals the knife selection didnt cut so i would take your own.
The bed with full bottom twin top is metal and was so squeaky my kids couldnt sleep on it withojt waking each other up.
Fishing was fair from the dock, although the dock lights did not work.
This property was not bad by far. We have stayed in 5 or 6 other florida properties that have had much bigger issues. This review is simply for the nit picky mommas who like me wanna know EVERYTHING 🙃
