Look no further! 2,678sqft of space to spread out, from the comfortable King master suite, Bunk Room for the kids, and spacious backyard pool surrounded by lush landscaping, Coastal Hacienda has it all! Tons of indoor and outdoor space to lounge, play games, eat a meal, or watch a movie together. Once you arrive, you will be ready to build new memories with your loved ones and friends!
Completely remodeled home, high end finishes such as brand new remodeled bathrooms, granite counters, and high quality decoration throughout, nothing has been overlooked. 16 miles away from Anna Maria Island! 4.1 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 9 miles to Bradenton Country Club, 22 miles to St. Pete's Beach!
Attention: If you’re looking for a party house, please DO NOT BOOK. Home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and we monitor noise levels. There is no street parking and there is a 10 pm Quiet Time. Property is a great fit for family vacations.
There is some development happening at the adjacent lot. Any development or construction is done within normal hours and should abide by county standards. Note pics are provided for reference.

Two en-suite bathrooms and one hall bath. 4th bathroom is a pool bath that an be accessed from outside or garage; not connected to main floorplan.
Traveling with small children? 1 Pack n’ Plays, Stroller, Highchair, Baby Monitor, and kids dinnerware provided
All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!)
Fully equipped with beautiful kitchen utensils. Kitchen is open to the rest of the living space ready to create new memories with your loved ones!
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and brand new center island.
Plenty of place settings includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.
Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining tables that seats 8 plus
Outdoor table w/ 8 chairs and Sitting Area by the Pool.
Poolside Furniture: 4 Lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Table w/ 8 chairs. Outside Sitting area (sits 6 people)
Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($140/wk), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Pets are allowed, up to 2 dogs under 50lbs. Note there is a $175 pet fee (plus tax) per stay; if you are bringing pets please let host know and provide details. Pet policy rules apply (i.e. guests must clean up/dispose of refuse on property, pets may not be left unattended without being crated, pets not allowed on furniture etc.).
Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys, Wii, outdoor games.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The house was very clean. Andrew was excellent at communicating and making us feel welcome. Thank you for the great memories.

We had such a great family vacation at this Florida home!It was perfect with small kids — they had two high chairs, a crib, a pack and play, a baby bouncer, and a baby monitor. Everything was super appreciated! Our kids had a blast in the fenced backyard, splashing in the pool, and sleeping in the bunk beds. The pool took a day to warm up because of the cooler weather but was awesome once it did.The quiet cul-de-sac felt super safe with basically zero traffic. There was some nearby construction noise, but it didn’t bother us at all with so much to do right at the house.We loved the spacious kitchen — it was very well organized and stocked with supplies — plus the open living/dining area for family meals and hanging out. The big TVs all worked great, even when the kids collected every remote in a basket (thankfully they’re interchangeable!).The laundry machines were excellent with nicely organized towels, and we really appreciated them stocking plenty of detergent and dishwasher pods. The large garage was super convenient for unloading groceries, carrying sleeping kids, and grabbing the lawn chairs, and the shop vac even helped us clean out our rental car. Grill was clean with plenty of propane.Overall we loved it and would definitely book again!

This rental was a big disappointment. Upon arrival there were a number of cleaning and maintenance concerns (Andrew did send his cleaning lady and maintenance man to address our immediate concerns) but our biggest issue was the significant construction site directly next to the property that was not disclosed when we booked 4 weeks prior to arrival (it is now). The house has the general look and feel of deferred maintenance and deep cleaning needs both inside and outside. Additionally, the backyard is an eyesore with a blown over shed that also was not disclosed. The highlights were the comfortable beds, the layout of the house, the outdoor shower and the heated pool.
