There is some development happening at the adjacent lot. Any development or construction is done within normal hours and should abide by county standards. Note pics are provided for reference.

Plenty of place settings includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($140/wk), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets are allowed, up to 2 dogs under 50lbs. Note there is a $175 pet fee (plus tax) per stay; if you are bringing pets please let host know and provide details. Pet policy rules apply (i.e. guests must clean up/dispose of refuse on property, pets may not be left unattended without being crated, pets not allowed on furniture etc.).
