About this house rental
Better than a 3 hotel, a very nice, bright and spacious gite located in Bretteville-sur-Odon, near Caen. F3 of approximately 80 m² for a maximum of 3 people.
It has been completely refurbished. It is located on the raised ground floor of the residence. It has a terrace, a large private garden and free reserved parking. Pets are welcome (1 allowed).
It consists of a very large main room with a beautiful furnished and equipped kitchen, which opens onto a large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, a magnificent table and chairs, a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, and a single bed (with duvet and pillows) in the large living room, as well as a desk with a chair (for anyone who needs a workspace). In the large bedroom, you have a 160 x 200 (queen-size) bed with a duvet and pillows, 2 nightstands, a TV, Wi-Fi, a desk, chairs, a dresser, and a large closet with sliding doors and a mirror. A very nice bathroom with corner bathtub, bidet and walk-in shower. Separate toilet, washing machine and drying rack for laundry that you can put to dry outside (weather permitting, of course).
Double-glazed PVC windows and bays equipped with remote-controlled electric exterior shutters.
For beds, if you do not bring your sheets, rental of these is available for an extra fee. Rental also available for towels (1 large and 1 small) for an extra fee. Please let us know your linen needs. If you don't want to do the cleaning, this service is available for an extra fee (not including tidying up and doing the dishes, which you must do and put away properly yourself). Cleaning equipment and products are available on site.
The apartment is equipped with an alarm system with outdoor cameras, for your safety.
