La ubicación, muy cerca del centro. La limpieza y la disponibilidad de la anfitriona. Y la facilidad de aparcamiento de la zona.

L’appartamento è super accessoriato. Lavatrice/asciugatrice, cucina attrezzata, ferro da stiro, cialde per il caffè. Possibilità di parcheggiare in strada con discreta facilità. Dotazione di pantofole A pochi passi c’è un Carrefour. L centro di raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti circa.
Il palazzo è in una zona buia, e all’ingresso c’è un tanfo di muffa. l’appartamento è a pianta terreno cosa che rende impossibile aprire le finestre. La casa puzza di umidità. La seconda stanze è in realtà un mezzanino alto meno di un metro. Va bene se viaggi con bambini, altrimenti non è vivibile. Le preti della doccia in alto sono ricoperte di muffa.
