Fabulous short stay place with very good amenities

Great modern amenities and lovely touches. Kitchen is well equipped. Loved the washing machine and the bathroom mirror. Quick communication with host as well

There were 5 of us so we got the mezzanine which was absolutely fine but at 60 plus crawling on the floor is not ideal.

Perfect stopover for the ferry to England and a great end to our cycling/camping trip - a really comfortable apartment with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lovely living area too. Double bed up on the mezzanine layer was comfortable although low ceiling wouldn’t suit everyone. The downstairs double room was perfect and the sofa in the living area was huge and really comfortable so I guess would have been great to sleep on too.

Excellent location. Slept 5 comfortably. Had a washer / dryer combination unit that was very handy for laundry while we were out touring.

Clean and comfortable. Although there was only on street parking we managed to park outside the apartment each evening. Despite being quite close to the city centre, the traffic was very light and easy to get out. Ideal for visiting Normandy beaches.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Excellent communication with the host who was very accommodating.

Being on ground level right on the street it’s a bit dark as you have to keep the blinds closed. Also some noise as the bed is right next to the sidewalk but it’s not too busy.

L’emplacement, proche de toutes commodités, l’appartement était très propre avec tout l’équipement qu’il faut .Echanges très agréables avec l’hôte

Attention la mezzanine n’est pas pratique le debout , il faut être accroupi tout le temps . Pour un couchage de dépannage c’est bien .

Vrij nieuw en modern ingericht appartement. Voor kort verblijf prima. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Contact met eigenaar via mail verliep prima.

We vonden het een wat donker appartement en het deed wat kil aan met name door de witte tegelvloer. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Het matras boven lag gewoon op de grond. Qua parkeren moesten we toch wel iedere keer rondrijden om een plekje te vinden.

Lage zum Zentrum gut. Gut ausgestattetes , sauberes Appartement. Eigentümerin war sofort erreichbar und hat Wünsche erfüllt. Wohnzimmer und Küche schön.

Großbaustelle direkt gegenüber mit entsprechendem Lärm von 7.00-16.30 Uhr! Durch Parterre Lage immer einsehbar wenn Rollo oben (anfangs keine Gardine/Jalousie- wurde dann aber auf unseren Wunsch hin angebracht. Das zweite „Schlafzimmer“ oben durch steile Treppe erreichbar mit ca 1m Deckenhöhe eher für Kinder geeignet. Lediglich eine Matratze auf dem Boden. WC sehr klein und beengt. Das andere Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40m Bett ( Länge 1.90m)war sehr klein und beengt und für 2 Erwachsene zu schmal. Links rechts lediglich 30cm zur Wand . Hier keine Gardine oder Jalousie, daher Rollo immer unten.

Appartamento pulito e in posizione comoda. Ottimo il bagno e la presenza della macchine del caffè x la colazione.

Il mezzanino per dormire...ci entri a quattro zampe, bassissimo e non comodo senza rete ma è solo un materasso per terra. Non avevamo capito che la stanzina fosse così bassa, non consigliato se soffri di claustrofobia! Forse più adatto a bambini che agli adulti.

Qualité de l'aménagement, salle d'eau toute équipée shampoing, savon pour le corps, savon pour les mains, les serviettes sont déposées artistiquement sur le lit représentant deux cignes sur de l'eau. Des chaussures d'intérieur sont disponibles avec différentes tailles, wifi disponible, canapé du salon confortable. Chambre équipée d'un grand placard avec porte miroir. Cuisine très bien équipée. Appartement propre. Je retournerai sûrement à mon prochain passage à Caen

La mezzanine est bien pour dormir mais on ne tient pas debout il faut être sûr ses genoux, parfait pour des enfants. Stationnement sur des places payantes la journée comme dans toutes les grandes agglomérations et gratuit de 19h à 9h.
