Title: "Deceptive Experience: Lack of Transparency and Unresolved Issues"

El apartamento es muy agradable y muy bien decorado. Moderno y buena iluminación.

Summary: "Our stay was marred by deception, as there was a lack of transparency about deposits and unresolved issues with the propert. "We were deceived, being coerced into making a 500 euro deposit not mentioned in the specific booking terms. Furthermore, they became upset when we hesitated to make surprise deposits on an unfamiliar website. After reluctantly complying, two days after our departure and after their personal inspection that confirmed everything was in order, they surprised us by withholding the entire deposit, claiming damage to the floor. UNTRUE. DECEPTION."

Gorgeous apartment in a great location!

This was probably the most beautiful apartment we have ever rented while traveling. It was modern and comfortable with great design! There were only three of us, but it would still be comfortable for four people. It was in a great location in Caen, close to parking and restaurants. The host was very helpful and kind, even though we did not speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate.

The entrance to the apartment was a little hidden in an alley, but it was fine. I can't really find anything not to like about this place. We want to return to Caen just so we can stay in this beautiful apartment again!

The decoration is amazing. All the equipment are very clean and very good to use. The owners were very nice as well ! The location is in the city center which is perfect if you want to buy some food or drinks or even go to a bar or restaurant.

Wonderful and exceptional The beautiful appartement is in a quiet corner in the center of the pedestrian mall. !!The interior design is magnifique Sophie was nice and welcoming. "There is a very good bakery next door " la maison florent - we liked the baguette, lemon meringue, beignets etc

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce logement. Dés notre arrivée notre hôte, malheureusement pris dans les embouteillages, nous a parfaitement expliqué le fonctionnement de l'hébergement. Tout est présent pour que l'on se sente bien. La déco est magnifique tout est bien pensé et le jacuzzi dans la chambre que demander de mieux.

On a apprécié le charme, le luxe et le confort de cet appartement très calme et bien situé qui propose plusieurs espaces confortables, une cuisine très équipée. Tout est de qualité et choisi avec soin ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants, gentils et réactifs !

Déçus. Nous ne reviendrons pas!

Vue sur les poubelles et un tag... De prime abord, l'appartement semble propre et puis nous avons eu des déconvenues : jacuzzi avec des choses marrons qui flottaient dans l'eau, odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, taches suspectes sur les oreillers et matelas, tasse sale, baignoire qui fuit, bruit des boulangers très tôt le matin avec portes qui claquent. Devoir utiliser la même serviette pour le jacuzzi et pour prendre sa douche, pas super agréable de se sécher avec une serviette mouillée. Un peignoir serait le bienvenu ET des chaussons, qui sont pourtant annoncés sur le mot déposé sur la table, or chaussons inexistants, à part une vieille paire que tous les clients doivent se partager, bonjour l'hygiène, de même que pour l’éponge pas clean. Nous étions venus grâce aux notes de booking, très honnêtement cet établissement ne mérite pas cette note, pour avoir fait de nombreux séjours de ce genre, les prestations ne sont pas au rdv, surtout pour le prix payé. Nous sommes déçus et avons l'impression d'avoir gaspillé notre argent pour une qualité de séjour moindre.

Très beau duplex, dans l'hypercentre de Caen. Immeuble très calme. A quelques minutes à pieds du château, et parking à proximité du logement. L'appartement est très bien équipé, y compris la cuisine, et propre. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, très réactifs.

Toll!! Gerne wieder

Die Lage ist toll, mitten im Zentrum von Caen in der Fussgängerzone. Inmitten von Cafes sund Restaurants. Direkt vor dem Haus eine Bäckerei mit leckeren Sachen. Trotz der tollen Lage mitten im Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist wunderschön, sehr stimmungsvoll. Die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad optimal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

とても大きなジャグジー風呂があり温まることができ疲れを取ることが出来ました。お部屋もオシャレで清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。キッチンも全て揃っていて不自由と感じることはありませんでした。オーナーの方も親切でとてもフレンドリーな方でよかったです。またカーンに訪れることがあれば是非利用したいです。
