Very comfortable house in a great location. The boulangerie nearby was a great asset and it was only a ten minute walk to the centre of Caen.

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus an ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage. Die Bäckerei gegenüber ist excellent und zu Fuss erreichbar ist ein Supermarkt. Es lässt sich wunderbar wohnen mit einem tollen Ambiente.
Schade, dass keine Klimatisierung vorhanden ist.

Good size and well stocked. Patrick is a great host and was very flexible and helpful for us during our stay.
Nothing not to like really. Maybe a fan in all the rooms would’ve helped as it was very hot when we stayed!

The facilities. The boulangerie around the corner. Easy to drive in and out of Caen. The size of the apartment and its decor. The bathroom. Security. The neighbourhood was quiet. Good off street parking.
