This two-story apartment has its yard—everything you need for a cosy stay.
The apartment`s top floor has private access, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer. The downstairs area features a living space with one double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating a total of 4 persons, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You have direct access to the yard from the downstairs living room.
Parking is free on the street, making it easy and convenient to arrive by car. Bus transit is also available to close proximity of the apartment.

🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay.
🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are not allowed to keep the apartment allergy-free for all guests. Undeclared pets brought to the apartment will result in cleaning cost being charged from the client in full + 500€ additional fee.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
