An absolutely wonderful stay. The property immediately stands out for its impressive size, stunning architecture, and beautiful surroundings, but what truly makes the difference is the attention to detail throughout. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and throughout the common areas, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Special praise goes to the staff, who were always professional, courteous, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after at all times. The food also deserves special mention: excellent quality, beautifully presented, and delicious, with a variety of options that fully met our expectations. The pools are truly spectacular — spacious, beautiful, and perfectly integrated into the overall setting of the property. They are definitely one of the highlights of the stay and make the outdoor areas perfect for enjoying moments of complete relaxation. Overall, an exceptional property that impresses with its grandeur, attention to detail, and high-quality services. A 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend and would be delighted to repeat.

clean rooms ideal location in the center of the most important cathedrals of Sicily the cathedral of Monreale is the cathedral of Palermo 6km away from each one the breakfast is excellent and the pools are fabulous we will return we recommend a resort in the center

Pizzas were lovely and one member of staff Luca was very hospitable.

Bins by the swimming pool were overflowing and wasn’t emptied the whole time we were there. General tidiness around pool area neglected. Breakfast was minimal and cold. Bedrooms basic looked nothing like the photos on booking.com, bathrooms had been neglected and dated, looked nothing like the photos.
