Beautiful property perfect location.

Only negative I can think of is it said “Matterhorn view” and when it was clear the only thing at to see was leaning into neighbors balcony. Really the rest was wonderful.

Location is 5 minutes to the village shops restaurants its in the middle of the old town village very quaint locatiom

Comfortable apartment in excellent location, can't wait to return!

We had a two bedroom apartment for our family of four. The apartment was large with two full bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and several balconies. This was by far our favorite stay on our trip. The location was excellent, just between the shops and river, an easy walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location just a block or so from the Main Street, quiet. Very comfortable and spacious! The staff responded promptly and then and the cleaning team were so friendly when we arrived! Really great balcony to sit out on and read and enjoy the views!

Cozy and spacious apartment

Super cozy interior design, spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and good facilities. The kitchen has everything we need. It also offers taxi vouchers that cover the cost of taxi to and from the apartment to the train station.

Very convenient location with loads to do around. The apartment is set up well for family or group travel. Apartment is well maintained with adequate appliances.

Nice weekend get-away

Lovely place, in a lovely street, with lovely people managing our stay. They were very proactive and fast to respond to any question. They were also very helpful with practical things, such as restaurant suggestions and getting around. highly recommend :)

Very cosy apartment, perfect for 2-3 people, good location, nice balcony with view of the Matterhorn

Very close to centre of Zermatt, small but very cosy apartment with a great balcony. Walls keep out noise from outside. 4th floor (with elevator) so high enough up to get a view.

We travelled in May, so was not hot or cold. The heating was erratic, with radiators going on and off at unexpected times.

Excellent apartment steps from restaurants and shops

Very cozy! Clean and full of warm details (Expresso machine, Kleenex box…). It is bigger than what I had pictured from the photos. Location is fantastic. Just steps from restaurants and shops. Great shower and comfortable beds. I definitely recommend it!

My 83 year old mom’s dream trip!! She loved staying in zermatt, it was how 😊she envisioned Switzerland

There were 3 couples in our group and we each had a bedroom and own bathroom. The apartment was in the heart of zermatt and the hosts were very nice and easy to work with and were very helpful. The weather wasn’t on our side to be able to view the Matterhorn from the apartment or town but we would all Love to revisit and try again 💕

-Very spacious 2 bedroom accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and big living room. Balcony all around our booked unit but no direct view of the Matterhorn but other alps are visible from the balcony. -Less than 10 mins from train station. They do provide taxi voucher for Arrival and Departure.

Lovely apartment, located in the old section of Zermatt, and decorated in a wooden style. We appreciated two bathrooms and small terraces. There's a nice, stylish dining corner. It's the best apartment we've rented in Switzerland so far. Our kids loved it

This place is a charming apartment in the heart of old town Zermatt!

The apartment is in the heart of the old town on cobblestone streets and historic buildings. It’s also a very close walk to the main street with shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to be quiet. Our favorite restaurant (Zermatt Kitchen) is even right across the street! We had a view of the Matterhorn from the back porch, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen had all you need for a long weekend stay. I would definitely book here again.

We arrived after the 6pm deadline, we notified the office via Whatsapp the same day and they made arrangements for us to enter the apartment. The apartment was nice, very well located in a narrow street with old houses. Very close to the main street in Zermatt.

Easy & fast communication with friendly host. She even pick us up at the train station with electric luggage taxi. Very nice big apartment with lift and clean & comfortable rooms. Equipped with everything we need including in the kitchen.

The location is a just not directly in the center of Zermatt town especially for elderly and people with mobility problem, but if you have no problem walking the location is perfect, very quiet not that far just 5 minutes. We had to throw out the garbage ourselves.

Flat was spacious and clean. Location is also pretty in the center even view isn't there. Staff was friendly and kimd.

0 flexibility- our travel plan was changed due to parents conditions, so wanted to postpone schedule. I know there should be a rule but still it wasn't plesant that strict rule under unexpected unplesant situation. Price is cheaper in their site, so using booking.com to book this place is waste of money. And impossible to change schedule is also due to booking.com booking related. Highly recomment not to book this place thru booking.com.
