An absolutely exceptional stay in Zermatt! This apartment exceeded all our expectations and deserves a full 10-star rating. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, which we could enjoy from the apartment every day. Waking up to such an incredible view was truly unforgettable. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a home-away-from-home experience. The spa facilities were a wonderful bonus and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. Everything was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a luxurious atmosphere. If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped apartment with spectacular Matterhorn views and excellent spa facilities, this is the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Someone met us at the train station to bring us and our luggage to the apartment. We enjoyed the views, the balcony, the spa, and it was roomy (lots of space) and very clean. My family had the spa to ourselves. It was awesome. Checking out was a breeze. There were no chores to complete before leaving. The hosts were easy to get a hold of. We had a great stay!

The bubble button on the Jacuzzi was a bit much. It was loud and too strong. It took a long time for it to reset (go off). Then someone sat on the button and the whole thing started again! It's a few minutes of a climb uphill to get to. If you have to go back and forth, it's a lot of uphill. Nobody in our family even mentioned it though. Just be aware of it.

Very large and modern. Clean. Great tv and sound system.

Long walk from most restaurants and shopping. No hotel service or daily cleaning. No views, surrounded by other apartments and construction. The outdoor/terrace furniture was cheap, old, and broken.

Good location, self contained, spacious

We rented a 3 bedroom apt. When staff noticed we weren’t ‘using’ the 3rd bedroom after our first night when delivery requested pillows to us, they locked off access to this bedroom which was effectively stealing from us as we had rented the full 3 bedroom space. We also didn’t appreciate the knock on the door an hour before check out reminding us that check out was in 59 minutes nor the repeated knocks on the door closer to check out. The wellness spa was not fully operational and temperatures had been turned down ‘due to mechanical’ issues
