Fantastic Matterhorn views, clean apartment, great location and facilities.

Great location with fantastic views of the Matterhorn, quiet but still a short walk to town with restaurants close by. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet and fantastic spa, sauna and pool. It was also a nice bonus to have the Zermatt taxi included from the station.

Great breakfast, amazing swimming pool with view of the Matterhorn, lovely apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed early November and managed to ski 3 out of 4 days (one day was too windy so the lifts were closed). Zermatt is a magical place!

A few more cooking utensils! Otherwise kitchen well equipped.

Absolute heaven.

The most fabulous views of Zermatt from so many areas, the 2 bed apartment was stunning with views, spacious and beautifully equipped to such a high standard, extensive tasty breakfast and best of all such a lovely staff full of smiles and so willing to help. Great location for the town - max 8-10 min walk to the station. Wonderful spa with pool, saunas etc This place is perfection!

Perfect mix of luxury hotel and apartment.

Everything was great. Some examples: getting us from the Zermatt train station (and back at the end), the cleaning of the rooms every day, the breakfast, the kindness of the entire staff, the massages and the spa (the pool!), the views, the comfort of the beds. They really found the perfect mix of hotel and apartment, and it made for a great vacation. Thank you! We hope to come back.

Beautiful views in a spacious apartment

The views from the balcony were unbeatable, the pool was wonderful and also had an amazing view. The breakfast was amazing. The location was very walkable to everything. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially the gentleman who is often taking care of the building. He let us in the pool when the power was out and was just always so helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer! My kids wanted to move in!

The property is quiet, intimate, well designed with beautiful views of the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and hopeful. I’ve had some of the best breakfasts on my trip with the spread day put out every morning with bully local Swiss foods, orange juice pressed right in front of you. The spa is a bonus. And the pool is astounding, great for relaxing after an active day in the Hills of mountains. We will return!

The apartment was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and furnished with brand-new, modern furniture that added to the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the stay. It provided a perfect blend of luxury and practicality, making it ideal for both relaxation and extended stays. The hotel staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and an unforgettable view of Matterhorn

There was construction going on which made it hard to relax outside by the pool, but nothing the staff could do anything about.

This was our second stay at Luxury Residence Colosseo and this time with our children. It was again incredible and the facilities are incredible also to accommodate them and the staff goes out of their way to make the stay memorable. Breakfast and faculty were outstanding! Service the best I’ve ever had. Location not in center of town . You have to get a taxi or it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk. But the property and the swimming pool are outstanding. Well worth it highly recommend would stay here again.

Vacationing in Zermatt for more than two decades. Very happy to have found this gem. Great large room with three bedrooms. The terrace was large and sunny most of the day. Breakfast super! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning was done when we were not around and the place was spotless and very clean. Good location. We will return to this place.

Excellent service from all staff, apartment very well furnished and in perfect condition. Breakfast good quality and omlettes able to be ordered to whatever you wanted and great. Pool and spa very high quality and a real benefit of the property compared to others nearby. Much more modern than others we looked at in Zermatt.
