A Home to Relax and Unwind
Open-plan living sits beneath soaring glass gables, with the kitchen, dining and lounge flowing together under the light. Warm up by the wood-burning fireplace in the main lounge, or settle into the second lounge with its own Netflix TV opening onto the garden. Wraparound balconies frame the fields, so you can take in the countryside with your morning coffee.

• Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed

• Sofa beds: Double sofa bed in the living areas for extra sleepers.

• Bathrooms: Three in total, including a skylit room with a soaking tub, a family bathroom with both bath and separate shower, and the en-suite off Bedroom 2.

• Outdoor space: Wraparound glass balconies, a private gravel terrace for alfresco dining, and a garden with countryside views.

Location
Littleworth is a quiet village on the edge of Faringdon, set among rolling farmland with open field views and footpaths on the doorstep. A car makes this stay easiest, though the S6 bus runs from the Littleworth Turn stop nearby into Faringdon Market Place in around 5 to 10 minutes.

Good to Know Before You Book
The house is set over three floors with stairs and no lift, so the upper bedrooms are reached by climbing the stairs. Two of the bedrooms sit under sloped roof beams, where headroom is lower at the edges. One bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the patio. I will normally be here to meet you and show you around; if I can`t be, the key will be left at a pre-arranged spot with clear instructions. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, and sort rubbish into the correct bins as set out at the property.

Extra charges
Pets are welcome at £20 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 4; please include any pets when booking. Early check-in and late check-out can each be requested at £15 per hour, up to 2 hours. Both are subject to availability and can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
