With a few changes, it will be a pleasant place.
The recommendation was for non-smokers. However, when we arrived at the house, there was a terrible smell of cigarettes throughout. My wife had to take down the curtains in one of the bedrooms to wash them in an attempt to lessen the smell. Our clothes were all impregnated with the smell; it was truly unpleasant. All the cutlery, glasses, and plates had to be washed because they were greasy, and the television didn't have a remote control. All of this could have been avoided.

Not good at all
Rubbish by the door, floorboards were all out on the top floor, bathrooms were stuffy and in general the property wasn’t clean. It was very low value for money
