Instead, he responded with rude, accusatory messages, which made the situation much worse. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Comfortable & quiet stay close to the town centre.

Clean & well maintained property in a central location. Friendly responsive host, clear instructions & easy check in. Big fan of the individual rooms with shared facilities as it keeps costs down while still having access to all the facilities of a house. Bed very comfortable, room bright & spacious. The fan was a lifesaver on the hottest day of the year. Lots of traffic outside but was surprisingly quiet inside.

Not a lot to dislike at all just a few small improvement points. Having a bedroom door with a regular keyhole lock from the outside & knob on the inside would be preferable. A hook closer to the shower so you can hang a towel without having to get the floor wet to grab it from the back of the door after a shower. List of recommendations is always appreciated, I only noticed it close to check out buried in a plastic wallet behind pages of rules. Would be nice to have it on display in the bedroom.

Vey rude and ruined my stay for my wedding.

This property was located in a good location. Car parking access was readily available. The house was clean.

The owner keeps checking on the camera all the time. Had a very unpleasant conversation about the situation that disturbed my mind during my wedding. Everything was explained in advance why we needed the apartment, but the owner was more concerned about how much extra to charge us. Never spoke to anyone who was that rude.

Budgetaccomodatie.

Eerlijk, ik koos deze accomodatie voor de prijs, en de locatie tov het GWR Steam Museum, en dat kwam overeen met wat ik verwacht had. Ik had een probleem met de sleutel, maar de beheerder was erg attent en is speciaal gekomen om mij een nieuwe sleutel te geven, de assistentie aan de telefoon was ook zeer okay. Het bed was goed, kamer en badkamer waren proper, eerlijk, voor een budgetaccomodatie is dat alles wat je nodig hebt.

Zoals zoveel Britse gastkamers was er geen airco, wat tijdens een hittegolf een beetje lastig was, maar te overleven viel. De badkamer is gedeeld (4 kamers), maar omdat ik de enige gast was, heb ik daar weinig last van gehad. De buurt was luidruchtiger dan verwacht, zeker met het raam open.
