good location for us, warm property

The property was booked for 3 people but only had one 2 seater sofa. one of us had to sit on the dinning room chair or the floor. This was very uncomfortable.

The bathroom with the step down was a little tricky but that’s all , could maybe do with some more cutlery & saucepans & only one tea towel we were there for three days very small things but they would have been helpful 🙏

Lovely well appointed apartment. Kitchen was well supplied. Beds were comfy and showers were hot.

Only having one toilet on the top floor. It made going to the loo in the middle of the night interesting.

Location, size, parking.

The apartment was extremely clean. Disappointing the coffee machine was disgusting and had a mouldy pod left in it. The crisper part of the fridge had brown fluid in it and the washing machine needed a clean. I’m sure the management will attend to these 3 things.

Great place for a short stay, but felt like being in a box after a while.

Nice apartment. Living area a very good size. Dedicated car parking space very handy. Old town in general nice area, nice parks and pubs etc. Handy for shops and supermarket.

Extremely busy road, and noise from nearby pub kept us awake at the weekend. Settee bit small for two, plenty of room for a bigger or a second one. Kitchen knives very very blunt. Horrible smell from electric "air freshers".

The main door to the building was a bit of an issue, took a few attempts to open. Also the hot water in the shower wasn’t great?

when we arrived the fridge had obviously not been cleaned as there were vegetables in the drawer and a large pan full of pasta!! clearly just an oversight as the rest of the property was spotless

Centrally located and very spacious. Beautifully decorated and friendly customer service.

Excellent value for money for a family of 5. Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and apartment had all facilities/equipment we needed and more. Excellent communication from hosts as well with clear instructions regarding access to apartment.
