Very nice central location for day trips north & south; apartment is spacious, but stairs to climb

Quick response by SN1 Apts Team to problems encountered.

Lack of answers to pre-arrival questions; non-functioning wifi; other party parked in assigned spot.

Worst place i have stayed.

Nothing, the place was damp mouldy, dirty and had a smell which was a mixture of cigarettes and mould. Extremely dangerous for children and we left immediately after checking the place. Another family also left prematurely at the same time for samd reasons from another flat.

Everything, service was also terrible. Promised a 9 hour response from owners by Booking.com within 9 hours and did not receive anything.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Definitely used for parties!!!

The kitchen was clean.

Awful smell of stale cigarettes and alcohol. Dirty stained carpets and sofa. Double bed unusable as mattress sags and you feel every spring. Had to get them to come out as no tv or WiFi. Heating on a timer so really cold in the day. Couldn’t get in arrival as key not in box,had to wait 15 minutes for them to get back to us. Parking and apartment down an alleyway which felt very unsafe. NYE locked out! Hadn’t put new key in box and entry code box wouldn’t work. Tried other flats but no answer. No answer from company after several calls. Luckily had somewhere to go or would have be walking the streets. Next day after calling got a feeble sorry. Said they’d get another guess to let us in! Totally unacceptable!!! Agreed to leave another fob in key box. Sent complaint three days ago and nothing. Have taken complaint to booking.com.

Cute little flat

It was a cute little apartment - exactly what is said on the tin. It was roomy and comfortable and just generally like a little home away from home. Beds were comfortable, the shower was lovely, the kitchen was spacious and the living room was comfortable too. Over all it was a lovely place to stay. The hosts text me to help me with check in and to help me with the other issues at the property.

There was a broken window at the very top was broken so i text the hosts and said, they said they'll look into it. The patio door was a bit stiff to shut, aside from that it was a cute little flat.

Double bedroom and very bright, it should have a blind, few nights I had to get up and go to sleep in the next room, due to the brightness. No tablecloth would have helped a lot if it had.

There were adequate towels and bedding and the WiFi worked.

Unresponsive crooks. We paid for our two-night stay months in advance but were not provided the check-in details until AFTER the first night had passed. This forced us to rent two rooms at a hotel after several stressful hours attempting to contact the property and searching for alternate accommodations - not easy on Easter weekend. They sent the check-in details the following day, so we were able to stay one night. The building was creepy and the apartment had a slapdash, substandard feel. Typical of the management's deceptiveness, their instructions emphasized the importance of displaying a parking pass in our vehicle and threatened a 30-pound fine in the event it was lost. Of course, the pass was nowhere to be found when we arrived. When I called to report the issue, the representative lamely shrugged it off since the police "rarely" ticketed. When I raised the far more important issue of obtaining a refund for the lost night of accommodation, he promised to be in touch when he was back in the office the following Tuesday. I'm still waiting. All outreach has gone unanswered. Booking.com customer service has been completely unhelpful as well, unless you count the feigned concern that accompanies the run-around.

i paid 240 for a stay here , they messaged me to pay a deposit soon as I paid after the message I never got no check in instructions I rang them I messaged I emailed no reply all day and still not heard anything nearly 2 days later! rip offs
