The beds were very comfortable, and the space in the property for a larger group was sufficient.

The cleanliness of the property, especially the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. The cupboards were not clean and the oven and grill pan were just filthy! I messaged the owner on the first night of my arrival of a 4 night stay and explained that the cleanliness wasn't satisfactory, there was a lack of cooking utensils, cutlery and only 1 tea towel to suffice for a 4 day stay with 6 people! ( The property houses up to 10, there were 5 forks and 3 teaspoons, no drinking glasses, no cooking utensils or oven dishes) I asked if the cleaners could come in and clean the kitchen prior to my elderly Aunts and Uncle arriving the next day and she replied saying she would "see what she could do". I heard nothing more! We were left with no choice but to purchase our own drinking glasses, cutlery, tea towels and bath mat and scrub the grill pan clean. The overall property is tired and some of the furniture was past it best, with a wobbly dining table and worn chairs. There is only 1 shower for such a large property with a high step into it, which my Aunts and Uncle struggled with. There was no slip bath mat, making it dangerous for them getting in and out of the shower. The gardens were very overgrown with lots of cigarette butts and leaves making it really slippy. There is no parking in the area and I had to park my car in the nearby football grounds car-park at an extra cost. This car-park also closes its gates at 9pm every night.

Everything It was filthy dirty , the garden was full of old beer cans , the bin was overflowing with maggots inside and out and rubbish bags on the floor surrounding The crockery and cutlery were dirty There was 1 drinking glass and missing cutlery Only 6 forks for 8 people We reached out to the owner who was very dismissive and stopped answering our messages after the first few The house was also generally filthy cobwebs everywhere No parking outside we were told to park up the road outside done random garages then at the review told to leave any permits (not supplied)
