The living room/dining room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke - this also doubled up as a bedroom so wasn’t great for sleeping and eating in. Limited hot water - not enough for 5 of us to shower. Apartment tatty

Do not stay in this building

The location was the ONLY thing about the apartment that was ok

The moment you walked into the building, it reaked of damp. Upon entering the apartment, the smell of damp was still present and the damage was noticeable. The family bathroom was unusable as the bath had some staining and what looked like a large chemical burn and both toilets were unflushed with feases in. The floor tiles were cracked and loose and if barefoot would cause injury. As you walk into the kitchen area, the cupboard door, fridge and dishwasher was damaged and off putting aswell as some kind of stain on the counter by the hob. The glasses in the cupboards weren't clean and the sofas were worn and damaged. Both tvs didn't work in any way and the Internet connection was slower than my own mobile data. Truly pathetic for the price charged. The was damage to the walls and ceiling in the main bedroom and damaged floor tiles in the ensuite bathroom. I took a lot of pictures of the damage thinking that I would be blamed for it all as it really is that bad. The parking was very poor with no clear signage for allocated parking spaces, just dark spray paint that is difficult to see as the lighting was non existent. My partner and daughter felt unsafe walking from the car to the entrance so I parked the car somewhere safer.

It is very loud in the night due to the bars and clubs in the street.

we had a great 2 night stay. was kept informed throughout and made to feel welcome

it was close to all shops and security was good with the gate

door handles missing, cooler not working properly, holes in wall ( just minor things)

Nice but beware the deposit scenario

Location and accommodation was great.

There could have been more equipment for a 5 person apartment - like no tea towel to dry up and low on cooking implements but we managed and it was for only 1 night. There is a requirement for a £100 deposit to be paid and this took 10 days and a lot of chasing to be refunded as they had no record of the transaction.
