It was perfect open plan living for me and my children to enjoy time together.
It was very noisy at night until about 3-4am but it is a central location so to be expected. We still managed to sleep well.

Nice secure parking. Easy access. Somewhere that actually has a decent amount of cooking pans and utensils which is something that I don’t see that often.
It was on the second floor and there were no lifts - joking.
Could have done with a separate toilet downstairs as with 4 lads trying to get themselves in gear for a full day of house renovating having only 1 toilet was an issue - a very minor one but . .

There was a kitchen which allowed us to cook and not eat out constantly.
The location was very loud, everything creaked, the kitchen facilities are not great, dirty and old and could do with updating. The beds were not comfortable at all and upon arrival there was a dirty mop smell in the air.
