I will try to stay in it again!

Very nice propery located on very good location. Next time in Swindon I will try to stay in it again. Free parking lot was very good option. Lot of pub and restaurants arround

Well-equipped throughout, good quality of furniture.

This is already my second stay at the flats which are ideal for professionals, families or couples. The private, yet easily accessible barriered parking, a good heating system throughout the flats and well-equipped self-catering kitchens where you can actually cook (we are all familiar with holiday homes where there are no dishes or spoons etc…, right?) are of great benefit. Privacy & and entire well-furnished flats at a good price = great value for money. Why go to a hotel if you can have a whole modern flat?

If you struggle with stairs, it’s probably better to get in touch with the host prior to booking or at the time of booking as not all apartments are step-free. Limited noticeable yet acceptable wear and tear.

Great size apartment, short walk to pubs, cafes etc. it was a good location for exploring nearby places like Oxford.

Very noisy in the early mornings with other tenants in the car park chatting for half an hour before work plus arguing late at night.

Awfully dirty apartment.

The apartment fell short of expectations, and there were numerous problems: - The sofa bed was broken, very dirty, and there was no way to sleep on it. - The bedroom carpet was broken and very dirty. - The floor of the whole apartment was filthy (sticky level dirty) and featured cut toenails of some previous occupant. We cleaned the floor three times, and every time, the water that we poured into the toilet was filthy. - The bathroom was also dirty and featured pubic hair of some earlier occupants. Upon arrival, our first task was to visit B&M and purchase cleaning materials, then start cleaning the apartment to make it livable.

I would not stay at this apartment again.

It was central with safe parking for your vehicle.

3 flights of stairs to go up - no elevator to get to the front door. Extremely hot with no air conditioning. Bathroom was on second floor of apartment with another steep flight of stairs to go up to get there. When in the bathroom two deep steps to go down with no handrail to hold on to with very poor lighting and a fan which did not work. Toilet was running all the time. Washing machine was filthy with black gunk which had to be cleaned prior to using. Beds were hard as rock. Pillows were very thin and hard. Water stains in multiple places on the ceilings. We stayed from Friday to Wednesday. Friday and Saturday night was so loud to the point the apartment was vibrating due to the pub next door with it s music and patrons yelling and screaming. Even at 5am patrons were walking home drunk and vomiting outside. We had virtually no sleep these two nights.

Luxury in Old Town

This apartment is brilliant. Communication from the host was excellent, responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is safe, spacious, comfortable and comes with all you need practically - this even included a fan which was very much appreciated! The added cleaning and bathroom products are generous. The bed is firm with luxurious sheets. The car parking facility is amazing, located right in front of the apartment. The location is wonderful for the shops, restaurants and bars of the Old Town. If you like quietness at night on a Friday and Saturday, this will not be for you, as it is right next door to a lovely but noisy bar (it stops at 11pm)!

The sofa bed is not particularly comfortable because the mattress is thin. As a sofa it is beautiful.

Accommodation great but neighbours a nightmare

The neighbours upstairs were like a herd of elephants all evening for each evening. I appreciate they had young children but they didn't stop running from 5-10pm.

Very tidy and spacious. Decently set-up kitchen. Sufficient instructions/confirmations for entry to apartment.

Despite cleanliness and comfy beds, some things of note: LED lighting in kitchen flickered and was fairly dark in bathroom. Also the WiFi wasn’t very strong. Contact with rental property seemed slightly impersonal compared to other properties we’ve rented.

Modern stylish apartment with private parking in heart of old town. Simple check-in codes. Full facilities - got all our washing and drying done easily.
