Grand night.
It was a lovely room, atmosphere and breakfast. The swimming pool was relaxing and the garden was good. All the staff were polite and helpful.
It was disappointing to not be able to order from the room service menu as we both liked the sound of that menu. We ended up being able to order simple chips and were allowed scones, but we really wanted a simple sandwich and pudding after a long journey. The sensha menu was not for us and the Warwick menu was too expensive. Breakfast made up for this bleep though. Also I couldn't operate the coffee machine in the room. Everything else was great.

Angie one of the lovely receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect. We enjoyed pure escapism in a peaceful and beautiful place, we didn't want to leave. We will most definitely be back. Thank you to all staff at Mallory Court for making us feel special.
Dinner menu was very limited for vegetarians. Maybe the choice to add baked beans to your breakfast.

Very slow service first breakfast and items missed off table ie no toast & sauce request never came , cafetière very week. Second breakfast was perfect though so must have been a glitch

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.
Our room was comfortable and warm with an added heater just in case of need. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our evening meal arrived in good time and there was a good choice of food for breakfast the following day.

A wonderful, relaxing stay in perfect luxury.
The room was beautifully appointed, large and extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive and eager to help. They all seemed happy in their work. Everything about the hotel screamed luxury and comfort.
