The place is amazing. We were visiting the Warwick Castle and stayed in the hotel for the night. It is very quiet and beautiful place, the staff is attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was magnificent - thanks to the interior and atmosphere I felt like a lord. I highly recommend visiting, the place will create excellent impressions.
Only wish - please make beds more comfortable.

Generally superb hotel with amazing staff and beautiful facilities and views. Expensive but you get what you pay for in life.
On a Saturday night, the restaurant took a long long time to deliver the food. Our main course arrived two hours after we sat down. That's poor, even though the starters, wine, etc were great and the food overall outstanding.

It was a lovely room, atmosphere and breakfast. The swimming pool was relaxing and the garden was good. All the staff were polite and helpful.
It was disappointing to not be able to order from the room service menu as we both liked the sound of that menu. We ended up being able to order simple chips and were allowed scones, but we really wanted a simple sandwich and pudding after a long journey. The sensha menu was not for us and the Warwick menu was too expensive. Breakfast made up for this bleep though. Also I couldn't operate the coffee machine in the room. Everything else was great.
