It is in a quiet area and the house is facing an open space with grass and trees. It is just a few minutes drive to Leamington Spa with many shops and supermarkets.
No air conditioning. No coffee machine.
The verification process was cumbersome. I had to pay extra money for something like an insurance! Had to use the portal again for getting check in information and the portal was not working so it kept asking for verification again and again. That process should be eliminated completely and check in information should be sent via an email like all other accommodation.

Great house. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of room on the drive. We fitted 2 vans. Well equipped. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great showers. Also has 2 large fridge freezers. Which was perfect as we were 4 men.
