Welcome to our newly redesigned luxury townhome! Ideally situated just minutes from downtown North Conway and the surrounding White Mountains, our home offers the perfect retreat for families seeking comfort, convenience and adventure. Our stylish, cozy townhome is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible.
The space
Our spacious 3-bedroom (plus loft), 2.5-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Located on the serene Stonehurst Manor grounds, this end unit offers a peaceful and private retreat.
The main living area features a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a half bath complete with washer and dryer. The open concept connects the kitchen to two distinct seating areas. The main living room has a 55” Roku TV, Bluetooth soundbar, cozy gas fireplace, A/C split unit, and a large desk with a printer. Get cozy on the couch in the second seating area while enjoying a curated collection of records on the record player.
Overlooking the main floor is a bonus loft area where you’ll find a TV and sectional sofa, a multi-player arcade game cabinet with over 2000 games, board games, toys and an exercise/yoga area. The fold-out couch converts into a queen-size bed with a foam mattress.
On the lower level you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, sound machines, updated mattresses and a selection of pillows and bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep after your big adventures. The master bedroom offers a California king bed, an en-suite bathroom and a Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has a single twin bed and twin bunk beds. Each room is thoughtfully outfitted with a dresser, closet, luggage racks or bench, bedside outlets, and reading lights for added convenience.
The townhome features two balconies and a welcoming entryway mudroom with ample hooks and storage. There are three parking spots available as well as access to an outdoor storage closet for your ski or snowboard gear during the winter months.
All TV’s are equipped with a Roku including Spectrum cable television. The living room TV speaker can be used as a Bluetooth speaker.
