WALK to North Conway Village (only 0.4 miles). Lots of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores (including the infamous Zebs Country Store), the rec center, the Conway Scenic Railway, the North Conway Country Club and golf course, a Library, and Schouler Park!
Schouler Park offers a splash park, playground, weekend craft fairs, farmers markets, fireworks on the 4th of July, seasonal music programs under the stars, and many other events throughout the seasons.
SKIING - 0.4 miles to Cranmore Mountain.
PARKING - off street parking with a large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles.
PROXIMITY - just a short walk to Town and/or Minutes by car to tax-free outlet shopping, the Community Center with splash park, golfing, hiking trails, swimming holes, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Story Land and so much more!
SIZE - 2,912 sf split level home. Fully renovated in 2015 with an open concept kitchen, dining & living area.
3 Smart TV's (2 - 50" and 1 - 32"); offering free On Demand movies/shows and music with the Spectrum App. Or easily sign into your personal apps.
2 FIREPLACES (a gas log with remote control & a gas log stove with thermostat).
KITCHEN/DINING - stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a large island with seating for four. Dining room table seats 8. The open concept kitchen/dining room has a total seating for twelve. Fully stocked with service for 12+ and pretty much everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal!
MAIN BEDROOM - a king size bed, TV, 5 piece en suite with bubble tub, separate shower and dual vanities.
2ND BEDROOM - Upstairs. Queen size bed with bathroom across the hall with a shower.
3RD & 4TH BEDROOMS - Downstairs each with a full-size bed and bunk beds. A full-size bathroom with tub/shower combo.
LINENS - Bed linens including comforters and blankets are provided. All beds have mattress protectors and pillowcase protectors. The beds are made & ready for your arrival.
GAMEROOM downstairs with a pool table, a 50" Smart TV and a gas log stove. Perfect for watching the game or for the kids to enjoy a movie!
WASHER/DRYER is located downstairs.
MUDROOM is downstairs just off of the garage. A great place to unload after a day of outside activities!
GAS GRILL - a large grill is located on the back deck overlooking the large backyard. Perfect for enjoying a beverage while grilling and watching the kids play.
BACKYARD PATIO has plenty of outside seating, a fire pit, and horseshoes. Backyard games provided include bocce ball, a football, a soccer ball, and frisbees.
INTERNET speed 1 GIG w/Advanced WIFI.
PETS are welcome but must be pre-approved, in advance of booking.

This was our second time booking. We knew what to expect and the hosts and property did not disappoint. Hosts are accommodating and welcoming. The property very clean and perfect for our family to gather in. We enjoy the proximity to downtown and Cranmore.

We had an amazing experience at Steve and Karen’s home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculately clean, modern, updated interior with very thoughtful, special touches. We felt welcomed, comfortable and truly at home. The location is ideal with easy access to everything including Mt Cranmore, Conway Railroad, Nestlenook Farm, Attitash as well as a 5/10 min walk to the village with all the shops/restaurants/bars/gallery’s a family needs for a perfect getaway. The property itself is fantastic, well maintained and in a lovely neighborhood. It’s an open floor plan that is modern with every convenience imaginable. There is also a fun Rec room stocked with comfortable furniture, games and a pool table for evening family time. PLENTY of space for a large family. Hosts Steve and Karen set a high standard for owners. They are professional, personable and incredibly friendly. Their commitment to ‘guest’ satisfaction is evident. For our large family of 8 adults and 2 small children, this was easily the best rental experience we’ve ever had!

The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
