A Home with Breathtaking Views
With four spacious levels, the home features expansive views from every room, including a stunning vista of Mount Washington from the deck and bedrooms. Across the Saco River Conservation Land, the natural beauty of the area will take your breath away.
Perfect for Large Groups or Two Families
Eagle’s View comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or friends looking to spend quality time together. The home boasts:
◆ Two King Master Suites, each with its own private bath
◆ Two Additional Bedrooms, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements
◆ Four Full Bathrooms and Two Half Baths in total
Stylish & Spacious Interiors
The open-concept first floor is perfect for family gatherings, featuring:
◆ A fully equipped kitchen with a new gas cooktop, granite counters, and a
farmhouse sink
◆ A six-foot farmhouse dining table for family meals, plus a secondary table in
the family room for extra seating
◆ A huge family room with soaring cathedral ceilings, a cozy wood stove, and 16
feet of sliding glass doors leading to a large covered farmer’s porch — the
perfect spot to unwind while taking in the views
◆ A first-floor King Master Suite with unparalleled views of Mount Washington
Upstairs, you’ll find:
◆ A second King Master Suite with views of the Saco Valley and Moat
Mountains, plus a unique en-suite bath featuring two enamel cast-iron
bathtubs and a separate shower. This suite also includes a twin futon for
added comfort, as well as a desk and smart TV.
◆ A Queen Bedroom with a twin daybed, plus an adjacent full bathroom
◆ For younger guests, the upper-level loft is a fun, cozy retreat with a queen
bed and two singles, plus a full bath.
The finished lower level provides even more space to spread out with a media/game room featuring a smart TV, foosball table and plenty of additional sleeping options, including a daybed with twin trundle, full sized futon sleeper, and a queen air mattress.
Located in our lower level is our hot tub, which is enclosed in a separate room.

The house was lovely. Well appointed with pretty much everything we would need. It's an older home and very comfortable. If you are looking for brand spanking shiny new, this might not be your place, however, everything was in good shape & clean. Loved the book nook in the corner. The heat worked (in 0 degree winter), we had enough hot water, there was wood for the fireplace, the lights worked, dishwasher worked, plenty of dishes & pots & pans, etc. A couple of the showers on the upper levels were a little below par for our larger-size family members, a couple of times they used our shower in the first floor main suite bc they couldn't duck well enough in the upstairs shower. I don't have that problem since I'm short. Our host was extremely responsive to any and every question during our stay. That's huge in my opinion. I would book this house again, yes. Summer next time! So we can hang out around the fire pit & enjoy the lovely view.

You can't beat the location of this house. All the convenience of being right in the heart of North Conway paired with serene mountain views and privacy. We love it here and have rebooked many times!
